“I want to extend a huge thank you to Leo for inviting us to his fantastic Tex-Mex restaurant. Del Fuego in St. James boasts a stunning interior and a lively atmosphere that perfectly complements its innovative menu.
The Skirt Steak Fajitas was a standout, featuring a bold and unexpected combination of flavors. The apple empanada with coconut ice cream was the perfect sweet ending to an amazing meal.
Our server, Sarah, was exceptional. Her friendly demeanor and attentiveness made us feel right at home. She even recommended the perfect to-go dish for our kids, the churros!
From the moment we arrived to the time we left, we were thoroughly impressed by Del Fuego. It's a must-visit for anyone looking for a fresh take on Tex-Mex cuisine.“

“Staff is always super friendly & food is always delicious! My only issue is that all Chili's have changed their Chili recipe & it tastes like crap now! It used to be my favorite item to order on the menu. Apparently, they no longer make it fresh in house & it's now shipped frozen to them...I was told this by an employee & not sure if it's true or not but if you're going to name your restaurant Chili's, you should atleast have good tasting chili.“

“Our GO TO place. I need to be gouten free and this place hooks me up! Been going there for at least 16 years, never got glutened. Food is great staff is great.
Vegetarian options: Many choices my daughter is vegetarian and she always picks something delish
Dietary restrictions: My son and I are gluten free they are extreemly knowledgeable, attentive and kind.

“The girl who served us was very sweet and kind. Food was delicious and made to perfection. The place was also very clean and quiet. Also my first time ever seeing a restaurant with the fountain drinks with all types of drink and all flavors available. That was a big plus :))“

“I brought a small group of developmentally disabled adults to Moe's in Centereach for dinner. The staff were patient with them and helpful too . All of the food was good. There was a nice variety of drinks from the Coke Freestyle machine, plus a machine for iced tea, which I like.“

The interior of the store is nice and clean, and step-up from their previous location.
