Great views. Waited an hour and a half for lunch and one person in our party never received her order. The manager couldn't figure out how to resolve the issue. It ruined the day because not eating caused a migraine that lasted the rest of our vacation.
The host and server were both excellent. Food very good. The view and ambiance are wonderful.
our waiter was very attentive..nice ambiance. My husband and I had a regular salad with chicken one coke and two coffees for lunch and the bill was over $100.. extremely pricey but nice location
Love this place! Super relaxed and laidback and for its location incredibly well priced.

Lovely location with Beautiful views Old world hotel made new and done with excellent taste and style I live in Southampton and decided to take a mini vacation for lunch and that's what it felt like I was another world away The terrace is beautiful. The service was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and very attentive.
We had a lovely dinner here Labor Day weekend! Food was delicious. Only complaint they got our order wrong but quickly fixed it.
It was a beautiful setting, sitting on the deck overlooking the water at Sunset Beach. The property was as if one was in the Catskills or Adirondack mountains. The food was very good and the service was very good. It was relaxed and chill. Highly recommend!
Beautiful view, lots of waiting for food and drinks. Waited in long line to talk to host. Drinks came late. Entrees took so long that it ruined the experience.... Well over an hour after when we ordered. Understaffed I guess, but on a Tuesday?
Fabulous food. Great service and what a view. Very pleasant surprise

Fresh and innovative. Very expensive but the view is part of the experience. I would definately return. PS they will come and carry to the resturant from the ferry for $10, also the same service for your return.
Great view but quite pricey for the size of the dishes. Plenty of staff but didn't seem to be able to work together. Steak was excellent. Pasta was tasty but for the price it was about 25 cents worth of fettuccine and maybe one asparagus cut up. Can't beat the view though.
One of the biggest misconceptions in the Hamptons is that the price charged for dining is somehow commensurate with the quality of the food or experience, and this was no exception. Long time Hamptons residents, Table of 7, lunch-time on Thursday, virtually empty restaurant. Seated on the terrace, great ambiance, close to the water. Basics - Friendly welcome, seated immediately, (restaurant was largely empty when we arrived at 12:45); friendly waiter. - One of the napkins wrapping the flatware was heavily soiled (unlaundered) - One of the water glasses had a large crack from top to bottom - Food started arriving moments after cocktails were served, - Asked for some bread, and were told that there was no "bread service" at lunch; the waiter suggested we order some $17 hummus, which came with crackers instead (we declined) - While starters and mains were served very quickly (as though the the restaurant was in a rush to move us on), after the mains were served (and finished) there was a long gap before the waiter came back for dessert orders) Food: Not great: - Devilled Eggs – bland lacking in spice - Chicken Paillard _ no sauce or seasoning which made it dry and uninteresting to eat (should have ordered the grilled chicken sandwich which would have presumably come with bread :-). As you'd expect: - Lobster roll - Shrimp Cocktail - Oysters - Burger - Fried Eggplant Sandwich - Marinated Cucumber side - Affogato - Delaporte Sanceere (though v pricey at $24 a glass) Great - Confit Potato Crisp - Bloody Mary - Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich All in all par for the course for most area restaurants, uneven service, decent enough food with a couple of highlights and a couple of lows. Unfortunately, the issue with bread (what chef denies a guest bread?), the soiled napkin and the cracked glass set a more negative tone than the setting deserved. Can't criticise prices, because you generally know what you're in for out east, but value might have been slightly better.
The acoustics in the Morgan section of the dining room are unbearable. Not only are you unable to have a conversation with your table mates you also need to shout your order to your server.?? It was equivalent to a mess hall
The food was practically inedible !
Long Island Fluke for 2 prices at $85 and was not only frozen but also only had 3 filets? Also the entree was served on one dish - we had to wait 5 minutes to get another dinner plate so we could split ourselves.
Never going back
