I think this change would be profitable for the owners and enjoyable for the customers... and I think it world bring in more customers, as I go to different steak houses for my Prime fix. Seriously, you want a classic bagel exactly the way it should be, soft on the inside and nice blistered on the outside. Cooked at a perfect temperature, really you're missing out if you aren't coming here every morning. Btw did I mention the prices are incredible, they have not increased the prices like other places have. 5 bucks and change gets you a CC bagel and coffee. Inflation who? Not here my man...
