“We absolutely love Energize Nutrition. They have what we are looking for- delicious healthy protein and energy packed Nutrition. We love their protein shakes as a meal replacement. Our favorite if you're wondering where to start are the banana nut bread with chocolate drizzle or the pumpkin pancake with caramel drizzle. For the energy teas there's so many. We really like the Peach Bellini, Maui Sunrise, Autumn Breeze, Apple Cider and the Blackberry Sangria. It's fun to change it up, never boring. We also take advantage of the grab and go protein snacks and banana caramel over night oats with fresh strawberries, blueberries and banana. Everything is well proportioned and we feel great with these healthy choices. We joined the gym and it's a great combo that's really working and helping us!“

“We recently had dinner at the Cantonese Kitchen and were pleasantly surprised by how tasty everything was. We ordered the Sesame Chicken and General Tso’s Chicken, both were flavorful, well prepared, and served hot. The portions were generous and hit the spot.
The customer service was also solid. The staff was polite, and patient, he made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing.
Now, with that being said, the restaurant itself could really use a facelift. The atmosphere feels dated, and a few upgrades to the decor would go a long way in matching the quality of the food and service.

“Absolutely love señor taco! My husband and I order here often a good 4/5 times a month. Food is fresh, their salsa verde (green sauce) is made fresh daily and when we order we always ask for an extra big container of it. From their chips to their burritos 🌯 everything on the menu is worth trying it’s that’s good.“

The waitresses were nice as always. Nothing was done by him. He did not apologize. Did not even offer to comp a drink or something. Not that I was looking for something free. He didn’t care. “Had their stew peas and pigtail yesterday. Its was great. Loved the natural taste of coconut in the stew. Reminds me of when my mom used to cook. My daughter buys from them too. Always drove past and go next door to my appointment but never had the time to stop but I did yesterday and boy was I happy. So thanks guys for making my day yesterday.
