This place will have your brain going insane as you won't know what to choose. Your going to want to try it ALL. As for me, I'm Trinidadian...so I already have tried it all. The food is all amazing. Everything from the curry chicken and stew pork with roti or Trinidadian fried rice. My favorite to get is the macaroni pie and doubles. The workers are always nice...but I'm starting to dislike the food...because the last 2 times...my goat was tough....and the white rice is always overcooked.
At Singh's roti shop the food is so good the the line sometimes is very long about the wait is worth it. I usually order doubles and potato channa roti. If you want to eat everything separately, you can have the roti skin separated from the channa. There are many servers so the line moves quickly. If you drive you have to pay the meters. Bon Appetite
