Service and food is stellar here but guys PLEASE PLEASE fix that heinous overhead lighting ! A normal bar or restaurant doesn't even have that type of lighting, it definitely does not belong and it's super unflattering- and unappetizing- in fact it deters the energy of "speakeasy" here. How about some cool lamps? Or more light coming from the little lamps on the tables. Colored lights maybe?!
Unique restaurant but very interesting. It was our second visit, the food overall was good. They had a chicken meatball special that was fair but everything else was good. Service was very good and the nice thing is they don't rush you. Would like to see a better wine selection but they do have a nice Pinot noir. Highly recommend this restaurant.
