“The most amazing dessert spot I’ve stumbled across. They have SO many options. I normally get the Dubai Strawberry cup (TO DIE FOR, ITS SO GOOD) and the best chocolate shake ever that they make with real Hershey ice cream🤤 then a piece of carrot cake to go. My husband gets the Biscoff milkshake, red velvet cake cup, and a strawberry banana smoothie to go.“

“I recently got married and JoJo's provided some delicious mini brownies for our reception at Deerfield CC, AND worked with me to develop a scruptuous chocolate/marshmallow caramel mini dessert for our guests. I so appreciated Joann taking the time to work with me to come up with a mini treat that I had originally seen down in GA the spring before when I was on vacation. They worked diligently to come up with such. They are professional, creative and a welcome quality bakery to Brockport! Thank you Joann and staff! Love you guys! Maureen“

“What a sweet way to end a wedding trip! This airport eating expereince almost makes me want to a delay so we can come back for our next meal. Warm atmosphere, awesome owner, extensive list of beverages, cozy hot chocolate, friendly banter from the kitchen...overall great experience!“

“We held one of our traveling Together Today Cafes at Blue Barn Cidery yesterday and our guests absolutely loved the experience. The food was top notch and plentiful. I heard great things about the cider, too, which I didn't get a chance to try. Looks like I'll have to go back with the fam another time. “Roc City Sammich brought a food truck to the port beach for my rehearsal lunch/welcome party before my wedding. I booked them because the manager Joe was sooo friendly, responsive, and helpful right from the first communication. The food was awesome and we got nothing but compliments the entire time. Their staff was quick and organized and everything ran smoothly. They weren’t expecting tips from any of our guests which was unexpectedly generous but they absolutely deserved them. Highly recommend working with Joe and his team if you want a delicious and easy crowd-pleasing event!“

“I've not had to wait in their long drive thru lines cuz I don't drink Iced coffees but it's almost always busy especially on the wknds.This place is a drive thru Kiosk pretty much. It's new..the colors at dusk are vibrant. My daughter loves the place.“

“Great coffee, staff is usually awesome. Time is a bit longer than what I’d like to wait for coffee, roughly 15 mins with at least 8 workers that I could see and 4 cars at the drive-thru. They might be still trying to figure out the groove of things. We are very happy to have one here in Greece! 😊“

“Service was fast and easy. My daughter and I split a potato. We already knew from a tik tok that the potatoes could be up to 3 lbs. we had the famous outlaw, all the way with brisket. The brisket had a great mesquite flavor, very authentic to Texas bbq. It was so much, neither one of us could finish. Would go back again.“

We live in a world where customer service lost its value. Covid hit, and we were faced with take it or leave it circumstances. The customer is no longer always right. This guy is running the show, if you read this and see him, let him know he is setting a good example for leadership and quality!“

“Have been coming to custom house for almost two years now. Service is awesome and the friendliest people you will meet in Brockport. Atmosphere is equisetic and homey and filled with cute little knickknacks all around the restaurant. Food is super reasonable especially for college students that are looking for a night out in the town. I have ordered a variety of meals from here and not once have I ever been disappointed in the food or presentations. If you are located in Brockport or looking for a new place to try I would highly recommended Custom House for your next night out!.“
