Straws are unavailable at the condiment table; and although a shake was included in the order, no straw accompanied it.
Also our order ( complimentary according to the checkout/order terminal), didn’t accompany the order. We were obliged to request it.
Food quality served to counteract the Service issues, but not enough for a 5/5 rating.“

“Came here for dinner with my wife and adult son. As always this is fast food at a higher level. Not ever to be considered a type of higher end restaurant. However my son loves this place so we came here. I had a burger and so did my son. My wife had the chicken sandwich. We had the nachos and pretzel. About 3,000 calories for each of us. The food is OK, but not my type of eatery as compared to a local grill or restaurant. I'd come back if asked but not on my own accord.“
