Though this is my regular go-to place, it never fails to impress. I visited again for a quick bite, and the experience was as fantastic as always. The atmosphere is incredibly vibrant and welcoming. The staff here is consistently attentive, fast, and friendly, which is exactly why I keep coming back.

“The Jerk Loaded Plantain is such a unique concept and definitely worth trying. The flavors were incredible but I do wish it came with more jerk chicken. The plantain to chicken ratio felt a bit off. That said, the jerk chicken itself is absolutely delicious, juicy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. Honestly, you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu that includes the jerk chicken. I’d definitely be back.“

The chicken with rice was incredibly satisfying with generous portions, and the ramen was rich, comforting, and packed with flavor.

“I tried the 6 piece lemon pepper hot wings, they were pretty tasty and flavorful. I have a high spice tolerance so it more delicious than spicy to me and could have been fried a little longer for more crunch but overall I did enjoy the wings and would recommend!“

“AWESOME KOREAN RESTAURANT IN LONG ISLAND: I’m not a foodie and I don’t think I’ve ever posted about restaurants (but I am Korean) - I have to make an exception for this place. Yes, this restaurant is on Long Island, but the Korean food EXCELLENT (better than lots of places in Flushing) and service is OUTSTANDING. Every dish we’ve tried so far (짜장면, 순두부찌개, 육개장, 제육덮밥) has been so amazing, delicious, and authentic (especially the spices!!!). If you’re ever in the area, please stop in and eat here. It’s crazy awesome! Thanks to my friend for encouraging me to try at a Korean restaurant that is not in Queens. Only thing I would change is to add oragano salt and pepper to the gyros and don't blend the tzatziki makes it a bit pasty in texture but flavor was 7/10. The baklava less refrigerated time and more syrup not leaving the tops so dry. Would visit again.“

The sauce brings just the right level of spice without overpowering everything else, and the toppings add a fresh, satisfying crunch.

The bun holds everything together without getting soggy, which is underrated but crucial. Every component feels intentional, and you can tell there’s real attention to quality. If you’re into bold, spicy flavors with a serious kick, this burger is a must-try. Easily one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches I’ve had.

“Ordered takeout from Don Chicken on Northern Blvd and went for the Spicy Soy Garlic Chicken and it did not disappoint. The pieces were pretty big, juicy inside, and had that trademark Korean fried chicken crunch: thin, shatter-crispy, never greasy. The soy garlic glaze was spot on savory, garlicky, with just enough kick to keep me reaching for another bite.

I also tried the Sweet & Spicy flavor not bad at all, just leaned sweeter than what I usually like.

What I really appreciate is how Korean fried chicken is different from the fried chicken most of us grew up with. Instead of a thick, heavy batter, it’s double-fried a method that actually came about in Korea in the 1960s and 70s when fried chicken started getting popular alongside beer (“chimaek,” short for chicken + maekju/beer, is now a whole culture). That double fry gives you the crunch without the grease, and the sauces like this soy garlic add layered flavor instead of just salt and breading.

For takeout, it traveled well too the chicken stayed crisp even by the time I got home, which tells you they’re doing it right. Generous portions, bold flavor, and that authentic K-fried crispness make the spicy soy garlic the clear winner for me.“

“i tried the mango milk and my gf had matcha milk. we also got nuggets, mozzi sticks, fries and i think my gf got a eel onigiri. i cant speak for the onigiri cause i didnt try it but all of the food was hot and crispy and honestly the nuggets gave better mcd nuggets. and it was all pretty affordable. we got all that for under 35$ if i remember correctly. the drinks were sweet and creamy but a good price for the size.“

“Honestly, this place is so slept on... Krave It has the best pizza in Bayside— by a LANDSLIDE. I love that they use unbromated flour and I appreciate that every piece (even the specialty slices with many heavy toppings) has great structure, no flop. Thin & crispy crust, great ratio of sauce and cheese. I also love how clean the restaurant is. They have some incredible specialty slices that I never knew I needed in my life until I tried them! Especially the “Desi Boy” slice and the “white truffle chicken cutlet” slice. I also have to mention their vodka slice with sesame crust 🤤 Everything in this place is high quality, even their regular slices. Their sandwiches are pretty incredible too, and you can tell that the bread is fresh made in house— you don’t feel bloated or overly stuffed after eating them! The owner is super friendly and even gave us a couple extra slices to try to complete our “pie” when we had already ordered a small variety of slices. The staff are all very friendly and it feels very comfortable and less stuffy than some of the other pizzerias in the area. Happy to give this place my business. “Walked in and there was soft music playing.

I remember there used to be a Papa’s chicken in Midwood years ago and so I decided to try this.

The man who took my order was very fast. Very efficient.

I ordered the Combo 1 with the Spicy chicken sandwich, spicy wings and french fries along with a water. Total cost was 13:05 paid with credit.

I ate the spicy chicken sandwich there and it was so GOOD. And very fulfilling. Couldn’t even eat the wings and fries. Later had them and wings were good. Fries were ok.

There’s 3-4 tables and they had the ac on which was nice. It was a hot day. Too hot. As I was eating started feeling hot again.

I sat down after giving the order and saw that the tables could use a clean. Floor needed a clean too.

There was a Mexican station / restaurant inside this restaurant as well.

Also - no bathroom. Not cool for me but food was good.

Overall I would come again.

Comes with Spicy or Soy Garlic, Juicy Drumsticks or wings and with some tangy sour pickled radish or sweet creamy kimchi cole slaw. You are missing out if you have not tried this!!! You want some?! Usually I would get this when I worked the Financial District or Midtown Manhattan but this was the closest to home and they did not let me down!! Like most Korean Fried Chicken Places in Flushing or K-Town Manhattan... you can see Asian families/ laughing and eating wings with a whole pile of delicious wings dumped in the middle of the table!
