“Kiwi Line is a small restaurant but with a very pleasant space to enjoy a good açaí bowl. The place is cozy and simple, which makes it inviting to sit down and eat, although I do think they should improve the air circulation or add better cooling since it gets quite hot inside, and that takes away from the overall comfort of the experience.

The açaí bowl itself was excellent: great flavor, a generous portion of fruit, and a good serving of açaí, making it both fresh and filling. It’s definitely one of the good spots in Queens if you’re looking for a well-prepared açaí bowl.

My rating is four stars instead of five because of one detail that I think is important for customer service. When paying with a credit card, they charge an additional 4% fee. In my opinion, this should be factored into the restaurant’s operating costs and not passed on to the customer. That change would make the experience much more transparent and positive.

Overall, Kiwi Line is a good place to enjoy an açaí bowl in Queens, with solid quality and flavor, but with room for improvement in comfort inside the store and in the credit card fee policy.“

The main reason for my review is the service component of the equation. Oftentimes, Bagel spots can be understaffed and chaotic. People crammed in, long lines, and lackluster experience. My guys at Bagelville want to make sure you get what you came for, and leave with a smile. “Took two trips here on the same day to sample something for brunch and for lunch. For starters, the place is pretty big despite how the place looks from the entrance. The people working behind the counter were pretty cool, service was on point. For breakfast I had the Nutella Custard Croffle and a can of Celsius. The croffle was delightful for sure, pleasing to the taste buds though one small complaint...I don't think croffles are a good base for any sandwich because it was messy eating that, the croffle was kinda all over the place eating it.

Came back here for lunch after a few hours in the gym to order a Mocha Haze Power Smoothie and a Smoked Turkey Croffle. Croffle sandwiches here are delicious as a whole but they are very unstable and can leave a mess so as a note, ALWAYS ask for extra napkins. The smoothie was very good and filling too. I could see myself coming around here a couple more times, trying out as much of their expansive menu as I possibly could.“

“I’ve been a regular customer here for some time now, and it’s always a great experience. My go-to is the Too Coolie Smoothie which is absolutely delicious, sweet, and refreshing. Recently, I’ve also started getting the shrimp protein bowl with jerk sauce, and that has been just as amazing. The customer service is always excellent, the environment is clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. I also really appreciate that they offer a discount for Crunch gym members next door. The owner is fantastic as well; whenever he’s there, he takes the time to interact with customers, which really adds to the positive atmosphere. We Juicing was a great addition to my community, definitely reccomend.“

The décor is charming and full of thoughtful details, it actually reminded us of the small Parisian brasseries in France, with its tasteful design and inviting energy.

The café offers both indoor seating and a lovely outdoor terrace. Since it was a gorgeous day, the terrace was full, so we decided to sit inside. The indoor space was lively but comfortable, filled with regulars chatting or working quietly on their laptops.
We ordered two cappuccinos, one regular and one made with unsweetened almond milk, which they had available. The coffees were prepared with care and attention to detail, and you could tell they use high-quality beans. The aroma alone was wonderful.

The barista behind the counter was friendly, cheerful, and clearly knew many of the customers by name. It gave the café a genuine neighborhood feel that’s hard to find.

We enjoyed sitting there, sipping our cappuccinos, and just soaking in the atmosphere. Even though we didn’t try the food this time, we took a look at the menu, there’s a great selection of light dishes, cookies, and pastries, and everything we saw being served looked fresh and delicious. You could tell people were enjoying their meals.
Before leaving, we had a nice chat with the owner, who was very friendly and clearly passionate about the place. It’s always nice to see a business where hospitality feels genuine and effortless.
Overall, Roast & Co Café is a delightful spot, beautifully designed, welcoming, and full of good energy.

“It was a hot summer day and I was lost in the mean streets of New York. Somehow I managed to find my way way through Queens to 75th Street. I was dying of thirst from the heat and I saw the fruits. I was hoping to buy a thirst quenching fruit but ended up finding out they sell smoothies and drinks. The beautiful barista gave me the best possible options for a smoothie and I happily bought it.
