“this AYCE KBBQ spot is now part of my family’s rotation. the meat is always good and we love that they’re adding new items to the menu. we always get the cube steak, cast iron steak, pork belly and pork jowl. the staff cooks and cuts the meat for you and are attentive so that nothing burns. they also have some great sides like the beef soup, crab soup (must try if you like crab) and popcorn chicken. great spot to up your protein intake.“

“Okay so 4 of us went tonight. We weren’t crazy about all of us getting our food 20-30 mins apart. But it was because they just started a new ticket / menu system and it was like the 2nd day. With that being said the waiter and another waitress apologized and came over like 3 times. Were soooo friendly and sweet. Offered a free drink and just all in all were so kind. Matt his name was. Super nice guy. The ONLY disappointment was they have ZEROOO desserts. Not a cookie. Not a scoop of ice cream. Nothing. And I don’t kno about yous but after I eat I NEEEEED something sweet or like I can’t go on with my life lol. I’m Hoping they change that !!! I’ll definitely be back. The food was OUTRAGEOUS . I go out to eat a lot. Like ALOT. And the food is usualy decent or even good but the food was RIDICULOUS like I’ll be dreaming about the brisket n pastrami sandwich for days. The Mac n cheese was great. The coleslaw so good and the corn also fantastic. Fries even were good like I really loved It all!“

“I'm from out of town so I was really excited to try some of the local food spots in this area and this place did not disappoint. There was a bit of a language barrier but the staff was very helpful and offered me a menu in English. I ordered the salmon and I also had the spare ribs to go. Listen..... the food was amazing the drinks are very good. The bartender very beautiful and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for good food. Good music . Overall a great experience. 5 star for sure“

“This is a Northern Chinese style BBQ. I came here with my family for lunch.
The server recommended a lunch combo menu. This comes with 5 decent sized skewers, rice or french fries and a choice of a drink. We all got a variety of skewers and shared them. We also selected BBQ oysters which were delicious 🤤!

There is a bathroom on the premises.
No free parking. Street parking only. Paid during the week.

I will definitely come back to this restaurant and try their BBQ Fish which was displayed on the menu.“

“I absolutely love this place. I have a very bad case of long covid since October 2021 where almost everything smells and tastes rotten or sickly sweet. I am able to eat the hot pot miso ramen soup with a lot of different vegetables, and I can have the chocolate cake/cupcakes. So delicious! I can also eat the white rice and the grilled pineapples. Before finding out that I can have all of this, I was losing a massive amount of weight, thank God for the few things that I can have here, I’m able to maintain my weight now. I just tend to go a bit crazy with what I can eat because I’m so hungry from not really eating the other days. The workers are amazing. The manager, Justin is really nice and very funny. The owner Darin is also very nice. Love the atmosphere and the music, I still can’t eat the other things and the smells from the other foods still bother me but I deal with it just so I can eat what I’m actually enjoying there. Thanks kpot for being the first restaurant where I’m actually eating some things that I can enjoy. Highly recommend this place, especially this location. Twenty stars“

“The staff was wonderful but the brisket is incredible and tender. My hats off to the chef! Better than famous Dave’s brisket. They have these amazing Brussel sprouts that I could make a whole meal out of. I’ll be returning soon. FYI Everything is a la carte“

“Was here in on a mini vacation and was recommended to this place . As I woman that works in the food industry this pace was really good !!! They were busy but got our food out in a good quality time . Garlic shrimp was amazing !!! Dave the sauce for dipping your bread and even adding your rice for a nice twist !!! Will def come back ! Staff was friendly . And it’s a byob which makes it great as I’m on a budget with travel . Thank you guys !!!“

I live in the area, and they have always delivered on time, friendly, with great portions, and delicious. as an example, the cheese steak(with everything) is not like a philly cheese, but it is so damn good. Even though I had driven by, I had never pay attention at the restaurant, because on the side street 71 rd ?, there is no name plate on the facade, only on the Queens Blv. side, only when I drove east to west on Queens Blv I noticed the name; I think it should have a name on the side street also, because right now is a long black slab,take it from someone that works in the advertising industry!! You have a great location, take advantage of the visibility.“

“We had an early dinner at Koba and tried their bento box. The staff were attentive and friendly . Helping customers to make selection and explaining the ingredients to them. “Five stars well deserved from the service to the food. I found my new go to restaurant when traveling to Newark. My server Emilio was on point. He recommended the rib eye and man was it a great recommendation. Not only was the steak cooked just the way I like it, the flavor was great. WARNING!! Come with an appetite if you’re going to order the rib eye because that rib eye is HUGE!!! It was also more than reasonably priced. I can hardly wait to come back to Newark now that I know about Dayton Steakhouse.“

“We saw them pop up on uber I was excited I can't do much or get out there was t-bine special, rice and fries buy one get one. They called because part of our order they ran out of they were happy to accommodate even with the language barrier I don't speak Spanish. Cooked perfectly!!!! We like ours still mooing! But you can taste the wood coal not the processed charcoal and the portions are huge. And I completely forgot it was smack in the middle of the feast! I missed you guys alot!!!! “Friday afternoon we stopped by and I had the mist delicious chocolate martini ever . Diane was the bartender and she made it perfectly. We then had dinner , my hubby had the outlaw and was cooked exactly as he ordered it and I had the petite filet mignon. Perfect . Out waitress was outstanding . We will definitely be back .. especially if Diane is behind the bar !!“

“Best BBq for your buck, seasoning is on point. Only only bad thing is if your dining in, since there is no ac you will be very uncomfortable and sweat while you eat which no one wants. Foods amazing, staff is great, just too hot to dine in the summer. In the spring, fall, and winter it's chill just don't recommend eating there in the summer. Please go thought and get take out.

Parking: There's only a few, about 4 spots to park around the restaurant, if those are taken which usually are you must park blocks down the road.“

“A place that surprised me; a spectacular octopus, its texture perfect, served on a bed of al dente vegetables and delicious potatoes. Actually from the bread and the house olives which are a spectacle. Going through their traditional Portuguese wines, everything was more than wonderful. Price quality ratio 10/10.
