I can tell why this location has 1.8 stars. one car sitting at the drive through for 15 minutes and 5 behind them for 5 mins. Just terrible ! Plus they never have the flavors that the customers needs at late night.
They don't have my favorite ice cream flavor, and they couldn't even refund my mobile order. Plus, their phone is disconnected and the guy at the window confirmed it. How can you not have a working phone line? I tried calling ahead to find out if you had the flavor, but the phone wouldn't even ring.
So:
1. Don't have my ice-cream flavor
2. Couldn't refund me, said call corporate
3. The phone is disconnected
