Lots of missing flavors.No toppings (literally, they said all they could do was whipped cream and sprinkles-no hot fudge, no pb cups, nothing).They didn’t even have a basic flavor like chocolate.The staff member didn’t say they were out, he just said they “Don’t do“ sauces and toppings. What???
Charged almost 5 dollars for a bagel with cream cheese. I believe if prices have gone up then costumers should be notified. Along with the fact that they forgot about my bagel afterwards and had to wait almost 10 minutes...mind you I didn't ask for it toasted so not sure how they could've overlooked it. Last time I go there..

These people seem to mean well, but the parent company doesn't really know how to run an online business. We ordered a birthday cake, for which my wife prepaid.
