China Chalet is a well-established restaurant that offers a mixed dining experience. The service is described as very good, with a helpful and courteous server. The food quality ranges from average to excellent, with some dishes being too oily or spicy. However, the Shrimp with Lobster Sauce lunch special is praised for its generous portions and delicious taste. The fried rice and lo mein are very affordable, and the walnut shrimp is crispy and sweet. The ribs are so tender and flavorful. The prices are reported to be reasonable, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment is noted. The restaurant is accommodating for catering and party trays for a big group.
