“Their customer service needs improvement and the training as well because the one kid drenched the oil on the sandwich after I said light oil and didn’t bother making it again after his mistake and mind you it was on a giant sandwich so it just got really soggy which I didn’t want. Other than that they always come thru I recommend not having the noobies do the sandwiches rather put them to charge if they can’t portion control“
“I am extremely happy and satisfied with how I was treated yesterday at this restaurant. I work at michaels and as I entered the store I saw a huge line and didn't think I'd have enough time to eat a mini sandwich for my 15 min break. Thankfully the line flew by quickly because of the amazing workers. Doyin,Elijah,edosa,stanly,Jordan,Anthony and Brandon were the best to take care of my order. Outstanding customer service.
