Came here in a Sunday afternoon for lunch. The food is very tasty and on point. Service was excellent and attentive. Will definitely return and try out other dishes.

Little Kitchen is a restaurant on Hylan that serves authentic Chinese food, with a focus on Shanghai cuisine. Many diners call it the best Chinese food on Staten Island, and some say it is the best Asian food they have had. The food is very tasty, on point, fresh, and made to order. Guests mention the tofu with crab meat, chicken soup dumplings, wantons in chili sauce, shrimp dim sum, pan fried dumplings, pan-fried wontons, Shanghai-style smoked fish, squirrel fish (松鼠鱼), pickled-cabbage fish soup, dry-fried string beans, Shanghai thick noodles with chicken, crispy tofu bites, fresh grass fed beef with broccolini, white meat sesame chicken, and stir fry thick noodles with pork and added shrimp. The service is excellent, attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The owner goes around to all the tables checking in, and servers answer questions about dishes. The room is casual, clean, and comfortable. Little Kitchen is highly recommended for authentic Shanghai food and is now a favorite place to dine.
