“I haven't been in McDonald's in over 5 years and it has changed considerably. The food is good as usual, service was OK but they took out the human factor. It's very sterile, no decor per say, I would call it late modern sterility. It wouldn't surprise me if in the near future it would be completely automated similar to X-Files episode Rm9sbG93ZXJz.“
“It's a McDonald's, this one is always busy so the food is often times on the better scale of McDonald's. Hot and fresh sometime quarter pounder not too fresh definitely been sitting. Staff nice and accommodating. As always check your order when you get it to make sure it right.“
“When I visit my grandchildren, I always bring them sausage burritos. It's almost a tradition lol My son and I have sausage, egg & cheese McMuffins.
I always use the drive through. As for the food, it's McDonalds what more can I say?“
“5 Stars for the Forest Avenue location & 1 Star for the Victory & Richmond location:
The Forest Avenue location is great as far as wait time, food & service. The Richmond & Victory location is good during the day but very busy. This only has one line where the Forest location has 2 separate lines and moves faster. I live right by here and drive to the Forest location at night.
There’s a bunch of young people that work there. I had a problem with 2 of the guys. One who made me wait 37 minutes when they were closed and was only 1 person in front of me. It took him ten minutes to take my order then said nothing for almost a half hour. When I beeped the horn twice to get his attention he gave me an attitude and said beeping the horn is going to do nothing to help me so I told him off and left. The night staff is either nasty, rude or slow. I went there a few days ago and one guy told another guy I’m getting tired of these people ordering the same thing as he was giving me my bag. I said thank you and he closed the window. My son was really pissed off about that.
I tried to put in a complaint but they wanted so much info I didn’t have because I cancelled the order and left. I didn’t trust that he wasn’t going to spit in my food. The guy night manager had me sitting at the window for 8 minutes while he was there doing something Just for bbq sauce. A woman saw me and said that’s all you’re waiting for. She said some people don’t want to do their job. She’s really nice & friendly every time I see her. There’s a heavy woman with dark hair that works during the day. She’s a real pleasure too, always nasty and brushes you off. I hate that place. I’d rather drive further to avoid the anxiety of the Richmond Ave location. I’ll also mention that the sign says 24 hours as well as the app and I’ve placed 2 orders in two weeks and they closed. The first time they told me they’re closed. The second time they blocked the drive thru with cones. I had to cancel the orders and reorder at the Forest location then wait a week to get my money back. They close whoever they feel like it. They are so unprofessional.“
“Mostly what you’d expect from McDonalds. My only complaint is I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the egg had some kind of film on top. Couldn’t tell if it was plastic or just cooked in an odd way so had to toss it out of caution. Been here a few other times without incident though. Orders come through pretty quick when placed in the app.

“When I got here I was greeted and helped by Anthony he is the man especially with his service and pleasantries. He was very patient and noticed I couldn't operate the machine to ordered and helped me at the register will definitely be coming back mainly because of his service“
“Its a nice location with good people working. No complaints really about the staff but more to the corporate office- there is no AC over there anywhere in the building. We all were suffocating slowly from lack of air and heat during +100 degrees weather . Imagine working in such conditions in past 3 days record heat with no AC , and you are the richest company in the country.
I would give them a raise and REQUEST IMMEDIATELY TO FIX THIS ISSUE ,CORPORATE!
