Great service I love how McDonalds has workers bring your food to your car. Customer Service is a top.priority for McDonald's and I'm.one satisfied customer.
The service is terrible and there's security guards at the entrance. The restaurant is poorly lit and the bathroom is barely acceptable.
I’m writing not to criticize your staff, but to help improve your service. In my opinion, this is the slowest McDonald’s in all of New York City. Usually, when I order food for myself, I have to wait 15–20 minutes—even when there are hardly any customers. If I decide to work as an Uber Eats delivery driver after my regular job, I can expect to wait over 60 minutes at your location for even a small order.

One customer mentioned waiting 37 minutes with only one person ahead in line and encountering rude behavior from the night staff. Despite the delicious chips, concerns about fried food's health impact remain, although the restaurant offers salt-free options for those who are health-conscious. Overall, while the Forest Avenue location receives high praise, the Richmond & Victory location has room for improvement.
