Great service I love how McDonalds has workers bring your food to your car. Customer Service is a top.priority for McDonald's and I'm.one satisfied customer.
I’m not want to write a bad review but I knocked and they did not give me a toy and it says 24 hours they are liars. All I wanted was fries in my happy meal. I’m very dissatisfied customer and not any caramel frappe. Have a good night
I used the app and picked up through the drive through and had to pull over because my food wasn't ready. I ordered through the app 10 minutes before I got there.

McDonald's is a clean restaurant where food is served quickly, and the management has taken steps to prevent unruly behavior, making the dining experience more enjoyable. The Forest Avenue location is known for its fast service and friendly staff, allowing customers to receive their meals promptly. One customer noted a positive experience when ordering 22 happy meals for a birthday, appreciating how organized and ready everything was for pick up.
However, some customers have had negative experiences at the Richmond & Victory location, where issues with long wait times and unprofessional staff have been reported. One customer mentioned waiting 37 minutes with only one person ahead in line and encountering rude behavior from the night staff. Despite the delicious chips, concerns about fried food's health impact remain, although the restaurant offers salt-free options for those who are health-conscious. Overall, while the Forest Avenue location receives high praise, the Richmond & Victory location has room for improvement.
