“Super nice staff even when it's outrageously busy. Most of the bad reviews are complaints about how long the lines are, which can't be helped because it's a small counter space with only 2 registers. My only piece of advice is to order as early as possible because even on the rare chance they DO mess up an order after the 5-10 min wait, you can tell them and they'll happily re-do it for you. It's unfair to blame the 4 people working when the store is packed and half the customers order complicated drinks that take a while to make properly.“
“I had a great experience at the Starbucks in Stony Brook Hospital. I don't recall the name of the young man that helped me at the counter he was very helpful I wanted to purchase a reusable cold cup and there weren't any out on display and he went out of his way to get me one from the back. Great customer service. I ordered a mint tea and it was made perfectly. The wait wasn't long at all. Place was very clean. No complaints.“
“I was staying on Long Island for a short while for work and came here every day. There's a particular employee named Nick that has so much positive energy it really brightened my day, he even managed to learn my name and we were on first name terms by the middle of the week. Thanks to all the crew here and cheers to Nick :)
Parking: Lots of empty spots directly outside“
