“As always I give this restaurant 5 stars. Met friends for dinner on Sunday night. The service is exceptional. All of us had something different and we all enjoyed our food. My friend did a price fixed with filet of sole and said it was delicious. The brussel sprouts appetizer was excellent. We also started with fried calamari, though small portion, was good. I had a hamburger which was huge with the onions and musrooms. The burger was cooked to perfection. The other two in our party also finished their food. It was very quiet so we were able to communicate easily with our friends.“

“Season's 52 at Roosevelt Field is an excellent restaurant. They have a variety of "gluten-sensitive" offerings. The flatbread starters are distinctive--at least for a person with an allergy to gluten. The ambience is generally fine. I generally prefer very quiet restaurants. Indeed, I would prefer a room for only my party. However, I am able to hear other people in a party of four with little difficulty in the this restaurant.“

“I ended up at Rustic Root twice this weekend. Once for lunch with my hubby. Great Caesar (we shared), followed up with delicious burgers and fries…best buns ever! I liked the vibe so much that when a friend wanted to meet up for a nice glass of wine, that became our destination. Super friendly bartender Hailey, pointed us to the perfect glass tonight. We paired it with a yummy flatbread to share. Great vibe, great food, great service!“

“The Audrey is such a nice addition to the town of Oyster Bay. Finally , somewhere to go with live music , DJ and Karaoke nights. The food is excellent with a variety to pick from. The bar feels like you are sitting in your own home.
The bartenders serve a nice pour on a glass of wine ? .
Kendra, Giulia and the other bartenders are so knowledgeable on different hard liquor drinks . When I’m undecided ? on what to drink they always come up with something great.
Can’t wait to sing at Karaoke night for Halloween ? 10/32 @ 9 pm!

“My best friend lives in Queens so she and I come to the Onion Tree every other Friday night. I wish this place was closer to me. I live in Yonkers. The food is superb, seasoned extraordinarily. The chicken is fresh, soft and cut into small bites. I always order chicken tikka masala, butter chicken, or chicken tikka pizza. I have never had food that I enjoyed this much and I have tried all foods all over the world. I never get tired of this place. And the food is served quickly and piping hot. They’re opening a second place in Manhattan. We’re getting closer to Yonkers!! The drinks are awesome too. Barbra and Louis work behind the bar. They’re friendly and great bartenders.“

“Another very good dinner at Red Restaurant. Chef Nino welcomed us, and our waitress, Evis, was very attentive. staff. Sardinian Casarecce with savory meat sauce, fennel was delicious, as was the Halibut Oregana. The Cozno drink is the perfect accompaniment to the meal. We also loved the light ricotta cheesecake. It was so nice to have matzo in the bread basket for the holiday! Cheers to Red!“

“We actually never went to this location before, but had greatly enjoyed their prior second location in Port Washington. Expectaions were right on point. Food was excellent from appetizer to the main course. Maybe it's weird but I kind of respect even the small things like when a restaraunt offers to chose to serve in house brewed ice tea as opposed to something pre processed. The Brisket from todays specials list was perfect. This restaurant is 45min drive from home and well worth the trip. Thank You, we will be back.“

“My wife and I met a friend for lunch. We had made a reservation. The food is always great. My wife had the shrimp tacos, I had the duck tacos and our friend had the cauliflower soup and the beef salad. We always enjoy our meals eating at the West End Cafe. We would not hesitate to recommend it for weekend nights. You necessarily need a reservation.“

“A very busy place on Saturday evening. Our reservation was honored and our table was waiting for us. They have an extensive menu with a large variety of large portion meals. We brought leftovers home. And we had no room for dessert after appetizers were shared before the main plates. The pork chop was large! A little light on vegetarian dishes. “I was greeted well by the server at the register and she helped me pick a sandwich, chips and drink meal. Prompt, kind, friendly and attentive to whatever questions I had, my experience throughout was good. There was no room for complaints. The sandwich was good not out of this world but I didn't expect to be blown away either. Sometimes you want a simple sandwich, chips and a drink to wash it all down and I think anyone looking for something simple and fresh will enjoy coming here.

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of seats both inside and out, you will not regret bringing your kids along to enjoy a meal here. The decorations inside are also very thematic to the atmosphere and food.“

“I'm fortunate that one of the best Chinese-American restaurants in the 3 Villages area (Amityville, Copiague, and Lindenhurst) is only a block away from my apartment. I have yet to order delivery or take out, simply because I love sitting at the bar with my girlfriend. The food is DELICIOUS, the portions are LARGE, and the staff is always super, super friendly. The waitress assigned to our table took a long time to bring us a dessert menu, and after we asked another server, he told us they only had one option for dessert - couldn't our waitress have told us that, instead of telling us that she would get a dessert menu - that didn't even exist!? Then there was an even longer span of time getting our check to us. Perhaps these servers are tasked with more than they can handle, but when people dine out, there is an expectation of good, courteous, prompt service. I do not blame the wait staff, as they are just young people trying to earn some extra cash. The fault is with leadership being short sighted with the insufficient staff numbers, especially on a busy night. Come out - talk to the patrons, explain the wait, offer a discount if needed... Anything to prevent a negative review! Food was great - no issues there, but the taste did not erase the feeling about the poor service. I would come back, but please do better.“

“This is in an area off the hotel and the tables are in a specific area. They have a limited menu, but you can always get a burger. The waitstaff was decent but did not know the area at all. There was no menu on the hotel website which was disappointing.“

“Made a reservation here for our first night out since our second baby was born. As a parent, a night out is so few and far between when you have a toddler and an infant. We were really looking forward to eating here, knowing the restaurant had just recently open. While my drink was delicious, my husband's was a watered down old fashioned. Next comes the ridiculous part--when I was booking a reservation, I checked out menus thoroughly. On their website, I viewed their menu. Never saw a brunch menu. Our reservation was at 3. We got there 10 minutes early and were seated. Brunch menu still on the table. We ordered drinks and when the waitress came back, I asked when dinner started (now I know 3pm is early for dinner, but we were hoping for apps). She said brunch is served until 5pm. We were at a loss. We ordered the breakfast pizzette to just try something. It came out at least 20 minutes later and it was cold. Eggs were cold. Pizza crust was cold. Barely any prosciutto and what was there was burned. No fondue on our pizza as described, and the arugula smelled awful--it was starting to turn. We couldn't get our check fast enough. Will not be going back. Definitely focus on food before trying to build a social media following with swanky decor.“

“Harley's American Grille Restaurant in Farmingdale is great place for Lunch, Brunch or Dinner. The place has been redone with a really nice decor. Menu is not extensive but offers a lot of great options. We had the Chicken Sandwich and the Wild Mushroom Ravioli.- both were delicious. They offer a Wine List. The service was awesome and Jesse our server was just amazing. Parking is hard in the Village but there are large metered parking lots behind all the stores.“
