Last 3x I was here, including today at the self serve the Number coasters were either off or not on. I placed my order anyway i sat in front of the counter waiting. The employee in a red shirt put the plates on the counter and never called my name. I was one of 3 customers in the building. After 5 min I got up and asked if it was for my last name.
