“I had a wonderful experience here dining, celebrating 🥳 a special birthday.. From parking to paying the bill everyone was friendly, cordial, polite and helpful.. Shout-out to maître D Tory & Valerie.. Our waiters Jason & Freddy are definitely top notch with their service.. And Manager’s Cliff & Albert are extremely great hosts, they make you feel welcome and they were very attentive and genuine.. Thanks folks for your hospitality, great service and delicious food. When it’s not busy, the atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable, making it a pleasant place to share a meal with friends and /or family. We did experience some service delays during our recent indoor visit, the staff’s dedication to making things right truly impressed us. Despite an initial wait of over half an hour after being seated and waiting on our waitress or waiter, the genuine concern shown by our attentive waitress and the manager’s thoughtful gestures—a complimentary appetizer and dessert to go—turned the experience around completely.

The quality of the food speaks for itself. Our steaks, perfectly cooked medium rare, were flavorful and satisfying. There were minor issues with the temperature of some sides and cleanliness of the utensils was lacking,that could use improvement, but the prompt response from staff to replace my cold meal with a fresh, hot dish demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. “We dined at the Majors Restaurant in East Meadow. Dinner was delicious. I have no complaints about that. Here is my issue. Little, but it’s the principle. My husband ordered a cup of coffee after our $158 Dinner. The coffee came and when he put milk in it, I noticed it was really dark. I tasted it. WOW it was burnt, old & muddy. I called the waiter over and asked for a new brewed cup of coffee. He came back with a cup from the SAME pot. Normally I would of just moved on & left it. But when the bill came we were charged $3.50. For 1 cup of burnt coffee? Sorry it was the principle. If you are going to charge your clients $3.50 for a cup of coffee, invest in a Keurig where every cup is fresh. You make a great margin per cup?“

“I was celebrating a big birthday and they went beyond to make my day special. When I got there, they were little happy birthday things on the tablecloth. There was a special menu all designed that said happy birthday with my name on it. And at the end, they brought me a little round Personal cheesecake with a candle in it. The food was exceptional as always, and the waiter was amazing.“

“Harley's American Grille Restaurant in Farmingdale is great place for Lunch, Brunch or Dinner. The place has been redone with a really nice decor. Menu is not extensive but offers a lot of great options. We had the Chicken Sandwich and the Wild Mushroom Ravioli.- both were delicious. They offer a Wine List. The service was awesome and Jesse our server was just amazing. Parking is hard in the Village but there are large metered parking lots behind all the stores.“

“I've been coming here for almost 9 years at least 1-2x a year and the service and experience has declined over time. I requested a corner table/booth almost 3 weeks prior to my actual reservation date and that was not honored. They could have easily seated the later reserved parties at our table, or parties who didn't request a specific seating at our table that was literally directly in the middle of the dining room. And about 10/15 mins after we sat down, I seen corner table/booths become available. Food was delicious as always, but things like being offered cracked pepper for our salads didn't happen. The food service didn't really flow like it normally does and the wait time in between courses was pretty long. There was also a lot of offensive chatter from a large party next to us, which didn't help create a true elegant dining experience. To the restaurants defense, it seemed like a busy night but nothing that they probably haven't handled/seen before. Going to be giving here a rest for now.“
