We dined at the Majors Restaurant in East Meadow. Dinner was delicious. I have no complaints about that. Here is my issue. Little, but it’s the principle. My husband ordered a cup of coffee after our $158 Dinner. The coffee came and when he put milk in it, I noticed it was really dark. I tasted it. WOW it was burnt, old & muddy. I called the waiter over and asked for a new brewed cup of coffee. He came back with a cup from the SAME pot. Normally I would of just moved on & left...read full review
I highly recommend this restaurant. First class service along with excellent food.

Majors Steak House offers an exceptional dining experience with warm hospitality from the staff, including attentive servers who are quick to respond, even for last-minute arrivals. Guests can expect delicious food, with popular appetizers like clams oreganata and a variety of entrees, including chicken paillard, petite skirt steak, chopped sirloin, Delmonico rib eye steak, and the famous porterhouse for two, all cooked to perfection. The Mississippi mud pie remains a standout dessert. While the restaurant has reasonable prices and a great selection of dishes, there have been some concerns about noise levels, especially during busy evenings when the room can be a bit noisy, making conversation difficult. However, many appreciate the upbeat and accommodating wait staff and managers. With consistent quality and great value, Majors Steak House continues to be a highly recommended destination for diners, where customers can enjoy meals like the blue cheese wedge salad, majors steak, and home fries, and where steaks are cooked just right according to preference. The wasabi mashed potatoes and garlic mashed potatoes are also favorites.
