“I have been looking for a bialy for some time and while there are plenty of places that make bagels, so few have bialy on their menu. I found the bialy here to have very good texture and flavor, but wish there was more onion and poppy seed, which is very traditional on a bialy.“

They ended up leaving some things out of our order (mistakes happen sometimes, I worked in food service myself for some time), but fortunately we were able to easily come back and let them know, and they were able to quickly rectify the situation and add a free bagel for the trouble. Overall friendly staff, nice clean, well taken care of restaurant, and delicious bagels.“

“I would like to commend Bruegger’s Bagels for their outstanding service during a recent visit. I arrived to the West Taft location with an unexpected, on-the-spot catering request for our company, and the team handled it with remarkable efficiency and professionalism.

Despite the short notice, the staff at the front counter were extremely accommodating, courteous, and prompt. They prepared our order quickly without sacrificing quality, and the food was fresh and well-presented. (The only thing I would recommend they do differently is to make sure to let their customers know to grab their own cream cheese themselves!)
