“I have been looking for a bialy for some time and while there are plenty of places that make bagels, so few have bialy on their menu. I found the bialy here to have very good texture and flavor, but wish there was more onion and poppy seed, which is very traditional on a bialy.“

“Stopped in with my family, we were a little disorganized in our ordering, but the staff was very friendly and professional. They ended up leaving some things out of our order (mistakes happen sometimes, I worked in food service myself for some time), but fortunately we were able to easily come back and let them know, and they were able to quickly rectify the situation and add a free bagel for the trouble. Overall friendly staff, nice clean, well taken care of restaurant, and delicious bagels.“

“Came in today and it was my second time being in here. Took me a long time to order because I didn’t know what I wanted but the cashier was very kind and patient. They had their eye on me to make sure they were ready to take my order when I was ready. Answered my questions well, they were out of some things I wanted but they were able to give me what I wanted. I usually tip after my food comes but with the customer service I received I tipped immediately. I waited and I received my sandwich and it was delicious. The way it was built was just right. I have worked in food service as a manager and I was satisfied with my visit here today:) thank you and keep up the good service. Came in with a good mood left in a better mood.“

“I would like to commend Bruegger’s Bagels for their outstanding service during a recent visit. I arrived to the West Taft location with an unexpected, on-the-spot catering request for our company, and the team handled it with remarkable efficiency and professionalism.

Despite the short notice, the staff at the front counter were extremely accommodating, courteous, and prompt. They prepared our order quickly without sacrificing quality, and the food was fresh and well-presented. (The only thing I would recommend they do differently is to make sure to let their customers know to grab their own cream cheese themselves!)
