Well, yesterday I had a final walkthrough with a client in the Scottholm neighborhood, and Tous Les Jours was the closest option. Boy was I blown away by every detail of this shop!! It was pristine, every item and every surface sparkled and gleamed, there were so many delicious looking pastries and so many I had never seen before! The chefs were dressed in beautiful gingham uniforms and chatted with us as easily as if they had known us for years. I will definitely be going back many times. “I recently transitioned my three year old to a GF diet due to severe gluten sensitivities. Today was our first stop at the TCC. The woman helping us was so patient and so generous in offering us samples. Her customer service was the best I’ve seen in the service industry. For that alone, I would return. My daughter and I got a chocolate cupcake, cannoli slice, cookie, and bread. We tried each the minute we got home and were completely blown away by the quality. They are some of the best treats we’ve had with or without gluten. I am so grateful TCC is around as we navigate this new normal with my daughter. Thank you for the kindness and treats! “SinBun- Salt City Market I have to say….. this place…. Literally phenomenal. The owners Bri and Jake are beautiful people and their employee Emma has become a friend that I look forward to catching up with when I come to visit. I’ve probably gone like 8-10 times since they opened up in salt city market a few weeks ago. 😅 seriously though, if you haven’t gone yet, please go and try it out. Literally my favorite restaurant and I’m proud to admit that I’ve become a regular here, not just because the food is good (and I mean it’s good) but the people who own it and work there are just great people and I will support this small business as much as I can. I mean come on, if my picky eater nanny kid loves it, then it will be a win in my book every time. My favorites so far are Mac & Cheese and the Buffalo chicken but don’t sleep on the chicken bacon ranch or any of the other buns. They’re all amazing. 💖☺️“
