“We ordered 2 lbs. of cookies in person to be picked up the day before Thanksgiving. When ordering we were asked which ones we wanted and we told them and pointed them out. Unfortunately when we picked up our order it contained a random mixture of cookies some of which we did not select because we didn't like them. Won't be going back.“

“I recently transitioned my three year old to a GF diet due to severe gluten sensitivities. Today was our first stop at the TCC. The woman helping us was so patient and so generous in offering us samples. Her customer service was the best I’ve seen in the service industry. For that alone, I would return. My daughter and I got a chocolate cupcake, cannoli slice, cookie, and bread. We tried each the minute we got home and were completely blown away by the quality. They are some of the best treats we’ve had with or without gluten. I am so grateful TCC is around as we navigate this new normal with my daughter. Thank you for the kindness and treats! “Holy. Holy. Holy. Crap. We have found our new "spot!" Fresh ingredients, delicious specialty spreads for the sandwiches. I'm sorry did you just say apricot mustard? Garlic mayo? Cranberry mayo? I can't breathe. HUGE sammies on fresh crusty sub rolls that so soft and yummy. and thick slices of fresh cheese. Even the mozzarella. EVEN. THE. MOZZARELLA!!! The meat is excellent quality. I have no idea where they get it from, but as a meat farmer myself I can tell you by experience, this meat is very fresh and minimally processed. The turkey is undoubtedly sliced from a whole breast, not a reconstituted pressed loaf of weird. But let's get to the service because let's face it. It's always good food, bad service or bad food, good service, right? WRONG. The place is slap full of very cool people and SO friendly, patient and professional, even when you're one of those people like me who just asked what the soups are when the soup menu was 3 inches from my face. So yeah. Go. Just go. You'll be so glad you did.“

I have purchased a variety of items from them as gifts for friends and received compliments and accolades of praise for their homemade delicacies. They are dedicated to producing an excellent product and they do so. They are at the Farmer's Market and various other sites during the year. “SinBun- Salt City Market I have to say….. this place…. Literally phenomenal. The owners Bri and Jake are beautiful people and their employee Emma has become a friend that I look forward to catching up with when I come to visit. I’ve probably gone like 8-10 times since they opened up in salt city market a few weeks ago. 😅 seriously though, if you haven’t gone yet, please go and try it out. Literally my favorite restaurant and I’m proud to admit that I’ve become a regular here, not just because the food is good (and I mean it’s good) but the people who own it and work there are just great people and I will support this small business as much as I can. I mean come on, if my picky eater nanny kid loves it, then it will be a win in my book every time. My favorites so far are Mac & Cheese and the Buffalo chicken but don’t sleep on the chicken bacon ranch or any of the other buns. They’re all amazing. 💖☺️“
