“4/17/24 last night I went into the camillus kfc and the people working were amazing all very professional and the chicken was amazing it wasn’t greasy and didn’t taste like it was a day old like it has in the past it was fresh and tasted amazing the manager was a total sweetheart I mean with the new deal that is going on with $10 deal“

“Excellent place! Conveniently located on Erie Boulevard East. A clean, neat store. Delicious food served quickly. Friendly, welcoming staff. My only problem was the soda dispenser does not have a spout for water, so I had to ask the front register employees for a cup of water. Then when I asked for a second cup, I was told I could only have one. But it was no big deal. Larisha McMullen is a fabulous manager. Highly recommended!“

“I was craving KFC and a promo popped up on my phone. The nearest location is over a mile away. I decided to order via the app to get the promo. It wouldn't work. Tried multiple times and tried to chat with a representative on the app but they kept disconnecting. I finally went to the restaurant. Amazingly when I walked in the order via the app worked, but it told me it would take 30 minutes. I then met the sweetest server I've ever met (I've worked in the service industry for 27 years) who asked if that was online order and was on top of it immediately. She was an African American woman wearing a gray tee shirt. I can't claim to know her name but it definitely began with the letter L. Rhymed with Lagunitas. She told me she works Tuesdays to Thursday and does not work weekend nights. Whoever is in charge of this place, this employee is GOLD. You do whatever you can to keep her because she knows how to take care of business. She knew how to handle every little thing and get the white boy on his way. I wish there had been an option to tip because I would have. I will definitely go back on the days she is working because she is amazing at her job. Please make sure that she sees how much I appreciated her service!“
