Pool was good. Had to ask for things and never got them. For the price not as good as I hoped. Good comfortable bed

Overall experience is
The Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel & Conference Center offers great rooms with fantastic views, a perfect location, and a great on-site restaurant. The hotel provides free parking and excellent service, making it a popular choice for visitors to Syracuse. However, there have been concerns about the hotel's future, with plans to potentially convert it into student housing.
