“We stopped by this cool little cafe in Cairo on our way back home to NYC after a quick weekend in Windham. The people who work there are so warm and friendly. We ended up getting an iced latte and some of their delicious pastries, the chocolate croissant, ham and cheese croissant, and a pack of their salted chocolate chip cookies. They were kind enough to include a small madeleine on top of my latte. Everything tasted so good, it’s a shame they’re so far away. Definitely worth a stop if you’re ever in that area! :-)“

“One of our favorite places, if you’re in the area and like cinnamon rolls look no further! Nina’s cinnamon rolls are some of the BEST. We’re so excited to work with her for our wedding cake!Dietary restrictions: Nina does offer a selection of gluten and dairy free desserts that are delicious!“

“The breads, the croissant loaf, the pastries, the gourmet sandwiches and products, the breakfasts/meals, the kind help, the consistent and reasonable hours......it just doesn't get any better than this! Just what this dreary town needed!“
“An authentic french bakery! 42+ years of baking has really paid off. I’m so glad I was able to stop by before heading back home. The macaroons come in a set for $27. They are a must here (also gluten free). They don’t use food coloring in any of their pastries as well. Give them a try, you won’t regret it!“

“Impending snow storm couldn't keep me away. These just may have been the best pancakes I've ever had!! All food was excellent and the staff was so pleasant. And a bonus is the country shop. Bought a ton of preserves and other goodies. A must stop if you're in the area!“

“Must do stop when in Hunter. Hours are limited off peak season. But makes your day between 8am to 3p for your coffee and snack break. The daily made brioche makes you a fan, especially with their local butter and jelly. I am a huge fan of their coffee which is just hot enough where you get the hit of coffee smell to validate its freshness. The bathroom is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive. And local merchandise makes nice house warming gifts.“

“Soooo good! I stopped in and impulse bought a key lime pie bar and biscuit. Both were fresh and outstanding! The key lime pie in particular was the best I’ve ever had and I’ve had LOTS. It’s a favorite. Craig the dude at the counter was also so nice and just cool.“
