Best tonkotsu ramen in Westchester! When I can't go to Manhattan for ramen, this place hits the spot. I've had the tonkotsu ramen multiple times, and the broth is flavorful, the pork is both seared and tender, and the noodles have a great chewiness. At so many ramen places in Westchester, the noodles are overcooked and close to mushy, but Susuru Ramen does it right! After years of searching, I have a go to ramen place in Westchester!
The Tonkatsu ramen absolutely blew us away. We went with the one recommended in the menu with the thumbs up and it was such a treat. We could not stop drinking the broth. There’s something wonderful about good ramen with full rich broth and this place and their Tonkastu ramen really delivered. The service was so fast and thoughtfully done from the moment we arrived.
Ramen was nice. I prefer thicker Noodles in my ramen but it was still tasty. I got the medium spicy tonkatsu ramen. Wasn't that spicy but was tasty. Tasted better after drinking the in house saki.
