Often I come here and the coffee is great but my bagel always seem to be messed up. Either under toasted or burnt. There’s barely any cream cheese ever provided. The drive thru staff isn’t very friendly. But this is the only one in the area who’s coffee isn’t burnt tasting. Wish they could get my bagel right. I’ve probably thrown away $30+ worth of bagels.
Went in for a honey crueller . Came out disgusted because there were nats and flies in the glass case and just chilling on top of the doughnuts. Made the employees aware of it and they just kinda shrugged their shoulders and said ok and stared at me until I️ walked out . No empathy. No kind of concern . Literally at least 100 nats in there
