“Please ignore all the negative reviews of this place. The food is absolutely delicious! I’m a native Brooklynite & I’ve been living in White Plains for about 2 years and I am very picky when it comes to Chinese restaurants. But this place here reminded me of the place I grew up going to back in East New York. We got the Fried Chicken with Pork fried rice (duh) 10/10! Chicken was seasoned well and crispy too :) the Boneless Spare Ribs were my favorite! The flavor was phenomenal. I’m getting it again the next time I order which will probably be soon LOL. The Sesame Chicken too! 100/10! Don’t hesitate on placing your order, trust me, it’s good! :)“

“We were staying at the Tarrytown house estate and decided to visit Goosefeather for dinner, not having any idea about the restaurant other than that it was located on-site. As Chinese-style martial artists, we were pleasantly surprised to see the Cantonese -fusion menu options as we walked in. Unfortunately, we did not have reservations, but we were able to sit at the bar. What an auspicious turn of luck! The bar offers not only the full menu, but the chance to watch professionals at their craft. We were taken care of by Mariana and Sara, who were busy yet still highly attentive. They were very knowledgeable about the menu, and explained everything even before our questions had a habce to leave our lips. We started with some standard drinks (a spicy martini, and one of their mocktails with Ron Zacapa rum added in). Solid pours, balancing the flavors of the drinks with adequate alcohol to keep things fun). Next week ordered the spicy rice cakes and the potstickers. Each was perfectly done. The potstickers were crispy but not burnt, and paired with a just-right spicy Chinese mustard. There were four per serving, which served to whet out appetites while leaving us waiting for more. Next, we got the spicy rice cakes. These were just hot enough to let the tongue know, but the spice built pleasantly. The plate was pretty big, and the two of us had more than one or two helpings each. Finally, we had the Crying Tiger Tuna. The lightly seared and seasoned tuna was paired with avocado salad, pickled gooseberries, and sweet goji berries. Delicious! To cap it off, we switched up our drinks for two of their signature cocktails. Sweet emotion is a pumpkin espresso martini with a smoky bubble of deliciousness in top. Love in an Elevator is a wild rum ride of flavors I'd never think to blend, such as apricot, chocolate, and lemon. Overall, while pricey, the experience, the food, and the atmosphere made it worth it! As a bonus, we were watched over by a really cool portrait of Bruce Lee!“

“This tiny Chinese takeout joint was pleasantly surprised!! Menu offers fried rice made to orders, i requested no salt or soysauce, the veg fried rice turned out delish!! Even plain fried rice with nothing but oil was yumm! Chefs were hard at work, phone orders were constantly ringing!! Thankful this restaurant takes card payments!! “They have delicious authentic Chinese food! I think here is the only place sells not only American Chinese food but also authentic ones in this area. I always go to Manhattan or Flushing for this 🫠 but they have it! I tried their dry pot and it was delicious! I felt like they tried not to make it too spicy but it was still delicious but I’m sure I can ask them to make it more spicy if I want next time.

“Hands down the best Chinese food I've had. I went to pace university for 4 years and this was one of my favorite restaurants.They have the best Crab lagoon/ fried cheese wanton, fried chicken and fried rice. I have tried crab rangoon at so many other restaurants and none can compare to Ons. I aways get disappointed. I was pregnant a few weeks ago and had the worst craving for the wanton. I drove over an hour to get it every time and wanted to cry tears of joy. The only downsides are that they only take cash, the place looks so old and the bathroom is dirty.“

“I have been here many, many times over the years, and it has been consistantly good. Even though it's only a take out place, that only accepts cash, I never had any issues whatsoever. I tried other Chinese takeout places around, and by far this is the best place around! The only problem is that you have to wait about 30 minutes,which is due to the popularity of the place. “Extremely delicious and authentic Chinese food. As a white person who grew up in Fuzhou, China, this place instantly reminded me of my hometown. The flavors dance on my tongue like a beautiful ballet and my mouth is enveloped in heavenly textures. I seriously recommend this to EVERYONE. As someone who is currently living in Flushing, Queens, I drive to here every week with my wife and two kids. “I highly recommend visiting this Chinese restaurant. One of my favorite local spots for their delicious food, great portions of food and prices are affordable. I ordered a happy family which came with white rice, shrimp and broccoli that came with egg roll and pork fried rice and general tso with lo mein.

Parking: Being my first time, parking was limited as I ordered food around 8-8:30 pm. There's plenty of street parking but it's a little tough to find a spot to pull in...

If there is any Setback, it's the Limited Parking as there are only Nine Parking Spaces for Seven Businesses! However, there is Ample Street Parking! “The food here is great. Came for a late lunch with my gf. The staff is friendly, and welcoming. They have very fast service. They kept my water glass filled. For the price of takeout you get a nice restaurant experience.
The wonton soup was good, light, not oily, and had tiny bits of pork in the broth.
The scallion pancakes are fried until crispy. They dont have too many scallions inside but are light and have a slight stretch and a good mouth feel. They weren't oily from low heat oil.
The fried wontons were deep fried and the skin had little bubbles in them which gave them a flaky texture as it crackles in your mouth. The inside was still soft and delicious.
The general tso chicken was good too. The chicken was fried til it had a sugar crack almost and had extra sauce on top.
The vegetable fried rice was good. It had eggs, Scallions, sprouts, onions. It didn't need much sauce at all.
The schezuan chicken was good. The meat was nice and silky. The brown sauce wasn't too salty. The vegetables that came with it were steamed nicely and also had a decent amount of sauce.
The white rice was nice, and fluffy.
The bill came with orange slices and fortune cookies“

“As far as I know, this is the best Chinese food in the area. Tried all the others and as far as taste and quality, New China 3 seems to be on point. My only criticism would be they use the yellow rice to come across as fried rice, but lots of places do that and the rice is tasty. Their beef with black bean (hold the peppers and onions) was really tasty and they don't try and cheap out on the meat like other places nearby do, you get your money's worth with them!“

“Cool venue, but the food is not 5 stars, except for the Roasted Hen of the Woods and the Wild Mushroom Slippery Noodle (outstanding). For example, the Fried Chicken Dumplings are VERY fried, creating a hard crust that overwhelms whatever little stuffing there is. The Smoked Salmon Fried Rice, was meh, with just enough salmon bits to call the dish "salmon." The braised duck Bao had bits of bone in the meat. It's a cool venue, but based on reviews, I had higher expectations.Four other things need addressing. $0.50 added to each dish and mentioned on the menu, about using that money for "cooks and porters." That should be a management decision and does not have to shared with diners. It's not for the money...it's a distraction to the experience of dining out. The alcoholic drinks are about $12 (way too high) and there are no ice tea refills, so I ended up paying $15 for 3 glasses of ice tea. The service is too fast, clearing dishes the moment you are done and removing dishes of other diners while one diner is still eating. That creates a sense of stress. Finally, there is no signage on the property as to where the restaurant is, so many, wonder about looking for it.“

Vegetarian options: I’m autistic, so I always order broccoli and garlic sauce with plain fried rice (and sometimes plain lo mein (can’t speak to other dishes).

This is the ONLY place in Yonkers I trust with broccoli. It’s always crunchy/fresh, and FULL of sauce. And they always give you a big serving <3

We got the chicken egg foo young, vegetable egg foo young, orange beef, pork lo mein, and egg rolls.

Everything was exceptional with large portions and the food was ready for pickup very fast.

Cash only and mostly to go orders, very few tables. Best to call your order in.

“Braised pork on rice had very small slices of pork belly. A layer of sauce on BOTH the top and bottom of the rice, which was smart. The garnishes of steamed broccoli and half egg (cold) were uninspiring. Pretty bowl, but the amount of food was not worth $9.95.“

“I discovered this Chinese restaurant one day when I was in Port chester doing some shopping and going to the movies. I've been here a number of times now. It's along Westchester Avenue where there is a selection of various cuisines.The food is delicious and it's not greasy. I love the rice, its bright yellow and full of flavor. The chicken used in the sesame and general tso are fried just right and not too hard. I personally don't eat Chinese all the time and when I do I usually stand outdoors while my food cooks because you can smell the heavy grease inside and down the street. But at Panda I'm able to stand inside to wait for my food because it doesn't smell. This is a cash only place so make sure you have plenty. The man behind the counter is nice and he speaks Spanish which is nice for the customers that visit. Its not a place really to stay long and eat because there's 4 tables. I take my food to go. They also do not deliver.

It's usually my go to when I stop at an asian restaurant...did not like their dumplings. But everything else was ? excellent tasting.“
