“Probably the Best (Taste Wise) and Reasonably Priced Chinese Restaurant in Port Chester NY! If there is any Setback, it's the Limited Parking as there are only Nine Parking Spaces for Seven Businesses! However, there is Ample Street Parking! There is Limited Seating as the Restaurant is not very big! However, the Very Tasty and Affordably Priced Food more than makes up for these Minor Setbacks!“

“The food quality and quantity is Reasonable and service is good. If there's any negative, it's the temperature inside. There is NO HEAT which would be fine in the Summer; but, on a Winter Day, when you simply want to sit and enjoy your meal, it's a Definite NO! You just can't enjoy a Hot Meal inside a Freezing Restaurant.“

“I discovered this Chinese restaurant one day when I was in Port chester doing some shopping and going to the movies. I've been here a number of times now. It's along Westchester Avenue where there is a selection of various cuisines.The food is delicious and it's not greasy. I love the rice, its bright yellow and full of flavor. The chicken used in the sesame and general tso are fried just right and not too hard. I personally don't eat Chinese all the time and when I do I usually stand outdoors while my food cooks because you can smell the heavy grease inside and down the street. But at Panda I'm able to stand inside to wait for my food because it doesn't smell. This is a cash only place so make sure you have plenty. The man behind the counter is nice and he speaks Spanish which is nice for the customers that visit. Its not a place really to stay long and eat because there's 4 tables. I take my food to go. They also do not deliver.

“I go every Monday with my husband , we love this place , the front guy desk with glasses I don’t know his name but he is so amazing he is one of the kind me and my husband loves going there because of how he is treating us nice and good customer service , my husband is a police officer and I’m a teacher so we only get 1 once a week to go on a date and every week on Monday we go to curry N wok because it’s so awesome , the food so amazing too , customer service amazing , I love the DoSa , pakora with their amazing tea , also their sambar Veda super super amazing , this place it’s my go to . “Open Rice Poke Bowl is one of my favorite spots in Stamford! The food is always fresh, delicious, and consistently good. I love that the menu offers a variety of options, so there’s truly something for everyone.

Favorites from there are the Thai Curry Noodle Soup, Hibachi, Mongolian beef, pineapple pork fried rice, szechuan dumplings, sushi is very fresh as well! Highly recommend!“

“After years of eating at all the local spots (Bamboo Garden, Peking, and New Great Wall) I can honestly say this is the BEST Chinese food I’ve had in White Plains. The extra drive is absolutely worth it. Portions are “old school” big, prices run about $2 to $3 less than other places, and they always throw in something extra for free. The egg rolls taste just like the ones you remember as a kid, and the boneless spare ribs were superb (IMO). My wife, who usually gets headaches when MSG is used, had no issues here, which says a lot. Just a heads up that it’s cash only and they don’t deliver, but honestly, that’s no big deal when you can eat this well without it costing an arm and a leg!“

“This is the most horrible restaurant place I've ever ordered from. I ordered and picked up in store. I ordered "Roast Pork with Chinese vegetables" I specifically asked if the vegetables included bok choy and was assured that it did. When I got home with the food the only vegetable included with the Pork was celery. Just a container of pork and celery, another time I ordered BBQ Ribs and it was a very small order and some of them were burned. When I questioned the counter person he answered that they had run out. Then why did they sell, and charge me an order? Don't order food from this place, If you want to enjoy it, it is BAD and they.“

“So I'm usually skeptical of mall fast food places, but was at the mall and got a craving for Chinese so I ordered the orange chicken with fried rice (it did taste like both might have been frozen before hand) still very good though . I was really impressed by the serving size, the taste/quality and the price. The server was very friendly and it cost just under $10. It was in the evening so it wasn't busy, but I'd definitely go there again for sure.“

“Panda Garden is hands-down the best Chinese takeout I’ve had in a long time. We ordered the chicken and broccoli, rib bites, spring rolls, vegetable fried rice, and sweet and sour chicken, and every single item was phenomenal.

The sweet and sour chicken deserves its own award—it was unbelievably crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and so addictive that we couldn’t stop eating it. The rib bites were packed with flavor, the fried rice was perfect, and everything tasted incredibly fresh.

Update: new owners are choosing frozen items instead of what seemed like freshly cooked (i.e. dumplings, scallion pancakes) and cooked in much more oil. The quality of some menu items has gone down.“

“My family is affectionately referring to this establishment as Happy Accident. We thought we were headed to a sit down and were bummed to find its a carry out... until we got into our food. These guys are excellent at what they do!! The food had full flavor profiles and were so well priced that we each got two entrees and ate for two days. “I love the food! The lady there so so nice! The food here is so good my socks fell off! The place is very clean, the lady always cleans after a customer leaves a mess. I always order their lo mein and it’s so fantastic it’s one of my favorite dishes here. As well as the sesame chicken, so flavorful and way better than the other Chinese restaurant in town. (New China) Their sesame chicken is just liquid for sauce and doesn’t stick to the chicken. New China’s sesame chicken is so bad I threw it out and came here instead. It was way better than New China the chicken was so fresh and warm and the sauce was so good and thick and actually sticked on to the chicken. I really enjoy their fried rice I have no idea what they put in there but my taste buds were in heaven! Their fried chicken is so hot and steamy I hear a crunch every time I take a bite, it was so satisfying. I also had their dumplings and the flavors were melting on my tongue, there was so much flavor in one bite and it was so warm the sauce was so delicious. The spring rolls were spectacular also very crunchy and yummy I could eat them all day long! Their broccoli chicken is so juicy and saucy I love to have it with there white rice. Their white rice is so fluffy I was like a cloud on my plate, the rice here is one of the best rice I’ve had in my life when I get Chinese takeout. Their food here is such a good price since I had enough for my whole family. It was so much food we had some for the next day! My kids were so happy with what they ate and wanted me to buy more. I always come here with my family. It’s the best Chinese takeout in town. The food is so good I ate so much that I was gasping for air! Overall I absolutely love this place I will always order my Chinese takeout here. The food is absolutely perfect and couldn’t get any better from here! They have so many options of food I can never decide wha to eat when I come here because I know every bite of any food I get will be super delicious. If you don’t eat here your taste buds are dying and you need to get it checked.“

Everything was exceptional with large portions and the food was ready for pickup very fast.

“Always get from here now best food and prices for past few months .. always nice kn the phone remembers who i am im pretty sure. Although the general tso chicken combo i got yesterday was a bit heavy handed with the chili which is normally not as spicy. It is not normally as spicy and even tho this time was really spicy the flavor was good but since i had them deliver it to my boyfriend since he works vallet i didnt get to eat til an hr later and they were closed so i couldnt call so i had to switch with my boyfriend which he got sesame chicken combo and that was really good. “At first it might feel like a generic take out spot, and to be fair it is, however as I waited for my order and went ahead and ordered more, I noticed something very strange. I was patient, polite but also direct with what I wanted and communicated it well. At the end, I left with a smile on my face because they reciprocated all of the things I mentioned and then some by making sure I got enough sauces and thanked me three times. It is the little things that makes you return to a business and I sure will. They have $10 card minimum but take cash. My total was $16 for a double sautéed pork and fried rice combo the side and something similar but with shrimp with lobster sauce. I was happy to leave them the $20 and was on my way to enjoy the food. Overall it was a great experience so I think anyone patient enough should give this place a try.

Parking: You can park on the lot that the store stands on or park along the street that has ample parking for almost 6 cars.

Kid-friendliness: Enough seating for people to sit and eat, wait for their food for takeout, or come and go so there is no problem to bring your kids along.“
