“Probably the Best (Taste Wise) and Reasonably Priced Chinese Restaurant in Port Chester NY! If there is any Setback, it's the Limited Parking as there are only Nine Parking Spaces for Seven Businesses! However, there is Ample Street Parking! There is Limited Seating as the Restaurant is not very big! However, the Very Tasty and Affordably Priced Food more than makes up for these Minor Setbacks!“

“The food quality and quantity is Reasonable and service is good. If there's any negative, it's the temperature inside. There is NO HEAT which would be fine in the Summer; but, on a Winter Day, when you simply want to sit and enjoy your meal, it's a Definite NO! You just can't enjoy a Hot Meal inside a Freezing Restaurant.“

“I discovered this Chinese restaurant one day when I was in Port chester doing some shopping and going to the movies. I've been here a number of times now. It's along Westchester Avenue where there is a selection of various cuisines.The food is delicious and it's not greasy. I love the rice, its bright yellow and full of flavor. The chicken used in the sesame and general tso are fried just right and not too hard. I personally don't eat Chinese all the time and when I do I usually stand outdoors while my food cooks because you can smell the heavy grease inside and down the street. But at Panda I'm able to stand inside to wait for my food because it doesn't smell. This is a cash only place so make sure you have plenty. The man behind the counter is nice and he speaks Spanish which is nice for the customers that visit. Its not a place really to stay long and eat because there's 4 tables. I take my food to go. They also do not deliver.

“Open Rice Poke Bowl is one of my favorite spots in Stamford! The food is always fresh, delicious, and consistently good. I love that the menu offers a variety of options, so there’s truly something for everyone.

Favorites from there are the Thai Curry Noodle Soup, Hibachi, Mongolian beef, pineapple pork fried rice, szechuan dumplings, sushi is very fresh as well! Highly recommend!“

“After years of eating at all the local spots (Bamboo Garden, Peking, and New Great Wall) I can honestly say this is the BEST Chinese food I’ve had in White Plains. The extra drive is absolutely worth it. Portions are “old school” big, prices run about $2 to $3 less than other places, and they always throw in something extra for free. The egg rolls taste just like the ones you remember as a kid, and the boneless spare ribs were superb (IMO). My wife, who usually gets headaches when MSG is used, had no issues here, which says a lot. Just a heads up that it’s cash only and they don’t deliver, but honestly, that’s no big deal when you can eat this well without it costing an arm and a leg!“

“We ordered the vegetarian spring rolls, pan-fried pork dumplings, chicken and broccoli, and roast pork with broccoli — and were pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. The chicken and broccoli came with plenty of broccoli (which we appreciated), and the roast pork had great flavor without being fatty. The dumplings were nicely pan-fried, the spring rolls were crisp, and everything traveled well for takeout. Generous portions, easy pickup, and solid value. We’ll definitely order again.“

“This is the most horrible restaurant place I've ever ordered from. I ordered and picked up in store. I ordered "Roast Pork with Chinese vegetables" I specifically asked if the vegetables included bok choy and was assured that it did. When I got home with the food the only vegetable included with the Pork was celery. Just a container of pork and celery, another time I ordered BBQ Ribs and it was a very small order and some of them were burned. When I questioned the counter person he answered that they had run out. Then why did they sell, and charge me an order? Don't order food from this place, If you want to enjoy it, it is BAD and they.“

“The food was good - the soup dumplings could use a bit more soup. But the skin isn't too thick. The shrimp fried rice was exactly what you'd expect, with a good portion of shrimp. The beef chow fun was the right flavor too and not too oily. The seafood tofu casserole was yummy though we would have liked some chili oil to add. If you're ordering the casserole, I'd also recommend ordering white rice to go with!

The service is a work in progress. Got our seat quickly, which was great and the waitress was nice. Food came fast and hot, but the soup dumplings were delivered with no spoons for either holding the dumpling or for the sauce - we then had to wait longer for it, as the waitress looked for spoons while our dumplings cooled. Some easy things could be fixed to make a big difference.“

“Strictly take out for our family but they do have tables (3 or 4). Bring cash, no cards. The food is darn good and the vegetables fresh. They are relatively busy and sometimes they can be understandably brusque which might be a combination of factors like efficiency and cultural so perhaps lean on the patient side. Lastly, it’s a hole in the wall place. Don’t expect a sumptuous decor, expect sumptuous vittles!“

“I love the food! The lady there so so nice! The food here is so good my socks fell off! The place is very clean, the lady always cleans after a customer leaves a mess. I always order their lo mein and it’s so fantastic it’s one of my favorite dishes here. As well as the sesame chicken, so flavorful and way better than the other Chinese restaurant in town. (New China) Their sesame chicken is just liquid for sauce and doesn’t stick to the chicken. New China’s sesame chicken is so bad I threw it out and came here instead. It was way better than New China the chicken was so fresh and warm and the sauce was so good and thick and actually sticked on to the chicken. I really enjoy their fried rice I have no idea what they put in there but my taste buds were in heaven! Their fried chicken is so hot and steamy I hear a crunch every time I take a bite, it was so satisfying. I also had their dumplings and the flavors were melting on my tongue, there was so much flavor in one bite and it was so warm the sauce was so delicious. The spring rolls were spectacular also very crunchy and yummy I could eat them all day long! Their broccoli chicken is so juicy and saucy I love to have it with there white rice. Their white rice is so fluffy I was like a cloud on my plate, the rice here is one of the best rice I’ve had in my life when I get Chinese takeout. Their food here is such a good price since I had enough for my whole family. It was so much food we had some for the next day! My kids were so happy with what they ate and wanted me to buy more. I always come here with my family. It’s the best Chinese takeout in town. The food is so good I ate so much that I was gasping for air! Overall I absolutely love this place I will always order my Chinese takeout here. The food is absolutely perfect and couldn’t get any better from here!
