“Had visited this restaurant after a lot of deliberation seeing some of the recent negative reviews. However, we were pleasantly surprised with not only the taste and quality of the food, but with cozy atmosphere and warm service. We ordered the hunan chicken, dumplings, salt n pepper prawns and lo mein, and everything was spot on.. They served a dip with their dumplings which nothing like we had ever tasted before, yummy food!“

“We were staying at the Tarrytown house estate and decided to visit Goosefeather for dinner, not having any idea about the restaurant other than that it was located on-site. As Chinese-style martial artists, we were pleasantly surprised to see the Cantonese -fusion menu options as we walked in. Unfortunately, we did not have reservations, but we were able to sit at the bar. What an auspicious turn of luck! The bar offers not only the full menu, but the chance to watch professionals at their craft. We were taken care of by Mariana and Sara, who were busy yet still highly attentive. They were very knowledgeable about the menu, and explained everything even before our questions had a habce to leave our lips. We started with some standard drinks (a spicy martini, and one of their mocktails with Ron Zacapa rum added in). Solid pours, balancing the flavors of the drinks with adequate alcohol to keep things fun). Next week ordered the spicy rice cakes and the potstickers. Each was perfectly done. The potstickers were crispy but not burnt, and paired with a just-right spicy Chinese mustard. There were four per serving, which served to whet out appetites while leaving us waiting for more. Next, we got the spicy rice cakes. These were just hot enough to let the tongue know, but the spice built pleasantly. The plate was pretty big, and the two of us had more than one or two helpings each. Finally, we had the Crying Tiger Tuna. The lightly seared and seasoned tuna was paired with avocado salad, pickled gooseberries, and sweet goji berries. Delicious! To cap it off, we switched up our drinks for two of their signature cocktails. Sweet emotion is a pumpkin espresso martini with a smoky bubble of deliciousness in top. Love in an Elevator is a wild rum ride of flavors I'd never think to blend, such as apricot, chocolate, and lemon. Overall, while pricey, the experience, the food, and the atmosphere made it worth it! As a bonus, we were watched over by a really cool portrait of Bruce Lee!“

“You would think the food would be consistent from one PF Chang's to another but this is not the case.
We have been to many PF Chang's in many different states and we agree, the food in this location was by the far the best that we have had at any location. Our server was great. The only disappointment was the men's bathroom was nasty with urine on the floor and paper towels in the urinals. I mentioned this to the bartender who said they would take care of it right away. I saw the manager go to check it out but even a half hour later nothing had been done to correct it.“

“Extremely delicious and authentic Chinese food. As a white person who grew up in Fuzhou, China, this place instantly reminded me of my hometown. The flavors dance on my tongue like a beautiful ballet and my mouth is enveloped in heavenly textures. I seriously recommend this to EVERYONE. As someone who is currently living in Flushing, Queens, I drive to here every week with my wife and two kids. One time my kid didn't like the water the restaurant served, so of course I had to use the kung fu I learned to discipline them. Anyhow, this has to be the best restaurant on Earth. “Decided to stop by after driving by on my way home from work. I have often passed this location and wanted to stop by and I am glad I did. I was drawn in by the inviting decor and clean interior. Cuisine is tasty traditional Chinese served in a contemporary setting. I opted for take out as I was on my way home but will definitely dine in to enjoy the sit down experience next time. I took home their sesame tofu with white rice. Takeout is carefully packaged and prepared with the diner in mind. (A much appreciated upgrade from typical restaurants that just throw your dish in a container and toss it in a bag for you.) The menu has classic favorites as well as some more trendy takes on popular dishes. Definitely an upgrade from your typical Chinese restaurant. Come check this place out! 🤩🤩🤩“

“I ordered shrimp with broccoli from East Bamboo Chinese Restaurant and was very disappointed. The broccoli and sauce were very bland, and the shrimp tasted bad and seemed spoiled. I called the restaurant to let them know, but they told me the chef said the shrimp was fresh. Unfortunately, based on the taste, that was not my experience at all. Overall, the food quality was poor, and I would not order from them again.“

“This tiny Chinese takeout joint was pleasantly surprised!! Menu offers fried rice made to orders, i requested no salt or soysauce, the veg fried rice turned out delish!! “This is the most horrible restaurant place I've ever ordered from. I ordered and picked up in store. I ordered "Roast Pork with Chinese vegetables" I specifically asked if the vegetables included bok choy and was assured that it did. When I got home with the food the only vegetable included with the Pork was celery. Just a container of pork and celery, another time I ordered BBQ Ribs and it was a very small order and some of them were burned. When I questioned the counter person he answered that they had run out. Then why did they sell, and charge me an order? Don't order food from this place, If you want to enjoy it, it is BAD and they.“

“After years of eating at all the local spots (Bamboo Garden, Peking, and New Great Wall) I can honestly say this is the BEST Chinese food I’ve had in White Plains. The extra drive is absolutely worth it. Portions are “old school” big, prices run about $2 to $3 less than other places, and they always throw in something extra for free. The egg rolls taste just like the ones you remember as a kid, and the boneless spare ribs were superb (IMO). My wife, who usually gets headaches when MSG is used, had no issues here, which says a lot. Just a heads up that it’s cash only and they don’t deliver, but honestly, that’s no big deal when you can eat this well without it costing an arm and a leg!“

There are a couple flies but thats because they leave the door open and i dont mind it because some restaurants leave the door closed and it gets hot and humid when they cook. “As far as I know, this is the best Chinese food in the area. Tried all the others and as far as taste and quality, New China 3 seems to be on point. My only criticism would be they use the yellow rice to come across as fried rice, but lots of places do that and the rice is tasty. Their beef with black bean (hold the peppers and onions) was really tasty and they don't try and cheap out on the meat like other places nearby do, you get your money's worth with them!“
