Service was terrible! Unorganized, no one knew where to stand. People were waiting for their food all over the establishment. The lady who took our order was quite rude to us and the lady before us. She yelled across the place that the lady owed her 4 cents when she had paid her bill with her credit card already. I ordered a hot chocolate and it was disgusting! Didn't even drink it, ended up throwing it away and then threw up on the way home. I definitely think the milk was sour....read full review
This Panera Bread restaurant is located inside the Westchester Medical Center, but it doesn't have a hospital vibe. The food is delicious, and the self ordering menu is clear and simple. The place is very clean and organized. The waiting time is minimal, and they have plenty of tables and chairs right by the lobby and outdoors.

I went there this morning brought a turkey wrap I went to sit down only 1 table was available it hadn’t been cleaned I went inside and asked someone if they could come and wipe the table off the young man I believe his name was Arron or Adam he said he couldn’t do it because he was going on break and he would ask someone else no one ever came to wipe the table.
