“Such a great addition to downtown White Plains! Went there for salads today and they were amazing. Fresh ingredients, great combo and choices and dressing with so good (sweet and smoky chipotle). Selection of smoothies and bowls also look good. Interior is clean and bright with some seating. Prices are reasonable compared to similar places. Staff was friendly. “There is no shortage of pizza joints in Harrison and there are 4 within a 5 block radius by my count. NY Pizza Station gets its name from being next to the Harrison Metro-North Railroad station that you can grab a slice or a pie as soon as you get off your commuter train. This used to be the location of Pizza 2000 years ago, but when P2K moved to a new, larger space across the street, one of their old employees decided to open Pizza Station on his own. The menu and formula did not change much from the P2K days. You stick with what works and what your customers like. Being just a short walk from our office, we would come regularly for Pizza Fridays and also order whole pies for special occasions and rainy days. We were such regular customers, that we were once captured by the Google Streetview camera car while walking back on Pizza Friday (our faces were blurred out). The pizza is pure NY Neapolitan style. We like to order fresh pies for delivery or to pick up. They come in 3 sizes, small (14"), large (16") & X-large (18"). The 18" pie barely fits in the box and sometimes the edge has to be folded a little to close the box. They also cut the XL into 10 slices which is unusual in itself. We also love the individual specialty slices like the Chicken Bacon Ranch, Penne ala Vodka and Chicken Bruschetta, which can also be ordered as whole pies. You can't go wrong with a traditional cheese pie, too, but my favorite topping has to be sausage with mushrooms a close second. Why not both? I have yet to try the heroes or pastas, but they do look good. There might be a veal parmagiana hero scheduled for Pizza Friday this week!“

“I'm in Westchester (suburban NYC) and we have a few bareburger locations, each a little different from the others. All good vibes, always good food. Staff is always willing to work with you to get your the burger (or other) that you want. Mt Kisco location does trivia nights, wish they all did.“

“Hubby and I came here to meet our friend for brunch. It's a spacious, cozy, pleasant cafe with enough room for small and big groups. Alexa was our server. She's fast and attentive. Good! We'll eat slowly. We ordered mussels for appetizer. Then I had a wild fish taco, Hubby had a Village burger, and our friend had a duck quesadilla; I am not kidding; it's a duck quesadilla! Of course, I had my hot green tea! I love my hot tea during brunch or lunch. The mussel was phenomenal! The food was exceptional! We loved everything that we ordered. The homemade creamy sauce that they used on top of my taco was fantastic. I don't usually like creamy sauce or anything with my food, but I definitely enjoyed this one. “I stopped at this cute little place for a quick bite as I was traveling North. When I walked in I was not sure how or what to order. The kind man gave me options, clarified the nuggest were real chicken not nuggets from McDonald's, I was concerned about how long it would take since I was on a quick stop for food. They were fast, like 5 min and the chicken is literally the best chicken nuggets I have ever eaten. Thank you!“

“When I moved to New York, I lived upstairs to an Italian Deli. After moving to Greenwich, I have been looking for a deli that would match it. A friend recommended Firehouse...and THIS IS IT! We have been ordering now for several months. You can taste the pride. Prices are more than fair and the portions (especially the wedges) are outstanding. This is the real deal. Love their meatball Parm wedge, the Mr. G's wedge...hell, everything I've tried has been good. My wife loves their fish sandwich, too, so it's a winner all around...it's all great.“

“This is the sister restaurant to Cafe Alaia, just up the street. Vincenzo Alaia keep a close watch on both venues and sees to it that they adhere to the same high standards. The food here is superb (there's a new chef from Italy who is even better than his predecessor) and though the wait staff (in the absence of the wonderful Cesar) is a bit green and easily overwhelmed, it's still a very satisfying place to spend an evening. Great food, a little overpriced, in a warm and inviting atmosphere.“

My kids love the Cauliflower pizza and my winter favorite is their chicken and rice soup. I am currently on their juice cleanse, the juices are tasty. I am already feeling more energized. I needed a winter reset after sickness hit our house. This is just what I needed! Best part of this area is that there are two restaurants across the street from one another that serve pizza. This one looked like I could get a quick slice. I was wrong! I had to wait on line to order two regular slices. My theory is if a pizzeria has a line it must be good! It def was! So good that I burned my top gums also cause I was in a rush. “Rockys is the real deal. I was visiting NY with some friend, all from Chicago. Stayed at my mom's friends place and this was conveniently a 2 min walk. Not only are the workers awesome and working all day and night for the place they seemingly love, but the fresh sandwiches day and night are to die for.
