Based on the reviews, Uchi Sushi Fusion is a clean, cute, and cozy new addition to the Valley Stream restaurant scene. The food is good, with the Chicken Katsu from the lunch menu being flavorful and different from the usual. The crispy rice appetizer is a total standout, being crispy on the outside and creamy inside. The sushi rolls have great fusion vibes, and the spicy shrimp, sweet potato, and spicy tuna rolls are offered at a good value. The Sashimi is super fresh, and the chicken is delicious. The service is warm, polite, and patient, with food ready fast, in a max 10 minute wait. The workers are the nicest encountered. The restaurant also offers boba tea. It is a 10/10 spot.
