“This place is a gem living in our neck of the woods. Nino is always so kind and helpful, and Dom is always pleasant and kind. They have a hot lunch that you can buy there, different assortments everyday, ranging from meat loaf to baked chicken, lasagna, chicken francese, rice, chicken Marsala, roasted vegetables, pasta, etc. Whenever I go there for any of their delicious sandwiches, I usually end up buying something from the hot bar as well because the food just looks and tastes so appetizing.

Their cheese pizza slices are HUGE! They also have different types of pizza, from plain to supreme, whatever you ask for they can make.

Great coffee, small place to sit for a quick sandwich, varied selection of goods, and if you have a hankering for something pretty specific, give them a call as they probably have it...which would save you a trip to the grocery store.

They specialize in breakfast and lunch, but they also do catering, their trays are delicious. Their chicken cordon Bleu is notable. They also have frozen pastas and decent pastries in the morning.

“They have my favorite coffee year round now.. butter pecan and I prefer iced, w/extra flavor and creamer Not milk. Perfect! Try it As far as their menu I only chose the foods I've tried. I'm sure all of it is great.

We always enjoy dining here. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is warm, attentive, and kind. The customer service is excellent, and the atmosphere is welcoming every time we visit. This has become one of our favorite spots, and we will definitely be returning.“

“Great service over all. Only con is that they clean everything but the seating area and the station with the straws and sugar packets. They are usually almost always filthy whenever I come to this location and in all my time I've been here the seating area is usually not full anyway. This place could also use a little more seating, there is only 1 table which is small and 4 chairs and the last one can't even fit under the table while the door is right next to it. Management should encourage workers to sweep up the bits of trash from the restaurant floor and clean up the tables when there aren't any customers to show a bit more cleanliness. Otherwise this Dunkin is cleaner than some others I've seen, even though I've seen cleaner, and I usually never have any issues with rude workers or mistakes with orders.

Dietary restrictions: There are dairy free options for drinks containing milk (Almond milk)

Parking: Parking is somewhat difficult considering this Dunkin Donuts is located at a plaza on Route 9A and they share a relatively small parking lot with the rest of the other stores at the plaza. You may have to park at the other plaza across the street which has a lot more parking.“

The service and the food were great. My food came out pretty quickly. This café was located next to a gas station, but the parking situation was not the easiest when this facility was very busy.“

Let me preface this review by saying that I am a retired Police Sergeant, so I know Dunkin’ Donuts!!Went into the store at 3735 Crompond Rd on 12/22/2025 just to get a coffee. I was IMPRESSED. This Dunkin was beautiful and obviously pretty new. It was the largest, cleanest, most well stocked Dunkin I’ve ever seen or been in. And, the staff was extremely friendly. Parking was plentiful and it looked like they had a great drive thru operation. Wish I had taken pictures. Too bad I only get up to that area twice a year. ☕️🍩☕️🍩☕️🍩“

“There are two types of coffee heads. Ones that prefer Dunkin' or any other typical java or those with a refined sense of taste at Starbucks. I think everybody should tip their barista once in awhile. I am not a typical Starbucks customer. I actually have conversations with my barista. More people should interact and listen to people, strangers even. I am quite impressed with Starbucks. If I order a Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade Refresher, it is very singular. The taste does not differ.“

“I have used this DD for years. It is always clean and the staff are helpful and polite. It is pretty large, so one can usually find a table to have your coffee and what ever else you ordered. Some of the other DD are too small to have a relaxing cup of coffee b/c they have very limited seating.“

“The baristas are very nice and attentive even under pressure. One gentleman is a bit loud and talks a lot but he is very good at his job and a very nice person. The place gets cold in the summer and in the winter there is no windbreak and the air stays on no matter what the season. It may be on purpose but it is hard to tell. Overall it is a very good store kept clean including the bathrooms.

Vegetarian options: They have the impossible stuff ( over processed fake food)

Employees are so nice and they have a very large variety of food (hot and cold) and salads.Management changed no long time a go, but no body noticed because all employees still working there and the food still having the same quality and flavor.All types of sodas, beer, coffee and many more to drink.In a few words, you can find there all you need for a breakfast, lunch or for your reunion at home with friends to watch any sport on the weekends.“

“The staff went above and beyond when I left something valuable behind. I didn't realize it was missing until two days later. Contacting the store was really difficult, but once I did, the manager Kayla and her team couldn't have been treated me better. My valuable was kept in their safe, and they insisted on giving me a free coffee and donut for my 1.5 hour drive back home. The whole experience was a real shot of positivity along with the espresso.“
