“i love dunkin however I would never go to the dunkin donuts in victor i waited in the drive through at the window for 10 mins and no one came to take my money or give me my drink. no one even acknowledged me so i drove away with out my drink and went to the canandaigua dunkin donuts.“

“It was my first rime ordering food from Dunkin’ and it was really good! I had a breakfast sandwich (the bacon egg and cheese croissant) and an iced caramel latte. Surprisingly, the drink was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, not too strong. Great experience! 😁💜“

“I generally order ahead, and almost always is my order ready when I go in. If they are busy in-store, it may be delayed. All depends on the time I go there.

Parking: Being at a gas station, there is a lot of traffic and sometimes parking can be at a premium.“

“A few other Tim Hortons in the area were unfortunately temporarily closed, so this one was the closest to our route without going too far out of our way. This was our final Tim Hortons stop on our trip and will have to do until the next time we are in the area. The iced coffee was good as usual and a good accomplishment to the doughnuts.“

“I took my 3 kids in for donuts and iced drinks. While getting to my car, I was juggling a large frozen chai, a dozen donuts and my baby in his infant carrier. I dropped my drink, the cup cracked and it went all over the blacktop. Shaylynne (I am sure I spelled that wrong) made me a replacement free of charge. She made my crappy day a whole lot less crappy. “Shout out the older woman who took my order. She was really kind an respectful even though she was riding solo for her shift and was visibly flustered. Following each order she took she said "thank you for being patient with me" I think people should be a bit more patient with you ? ?“

“I always order ahead and often my drinks are ready when I walk in or within 30-90 seconds. Usually they are not particularly busy, but it has helped me skip a long line a couple of times! Sadly, recently, there has been some glitch in the online ordering that always says hot chocolate is unavailable. Disappointing that I then have to wait to order that separately.“
