“i love dunkin however I would never go to the dunkin donuts in victor i waited in the drive through at the window for 10 mins and no one came to take my money or give me my drink. no one even acknowledged me so i drove away with out my drink and went to the canandaigua dunkin donuts.“

I stopped going to Dunkin' because of how sugary the same drinks are and Tim Hortons coffee is cheaper and overall better quality in my option. This location is located on ridge rd in Webster Ny, and co exists with the speedway gas station.Every time I come here the quality of my coffee is delicious and is always made quickly. This is one of my go to spots when I'm in a hurry and have a lot of things to get done. I never get caught in any major line and the employees are so nice. If you download the Tim hortons app you can also enjoy the rewards program that turn into free drinks for all you Tim lovers!“

“Came into Dunkin on Monroe Ave 4/10/2024 at approximately 11:47am. The wait wasn’t long at all, sat down with 2 of my friends and we watched a young woman cleaning the walls, lower walls and the tables. She took her time and apologized to us, as we were eating. We didn’t mind, considering she was cleaning and she did such a good job! Thank you to her for keeping the area where everybody eats clean well organized! Attached are before and after photos! “I took my 3 kids in for donuts and iced drinks. While getting to my car, I was juggling a large frozen chai, a dozen donuts and my baby in his infant carrier. I dropped my drink, the cup cracked and it went all over the blacktop. Shaylynne (I am sure I spelled that wrong) made me a replacement free of charge. She made my crappy day a whole lot less crappy. “This location has really improved over the past year. People are very friendly, the in-stock is so much better than a year ago. I use the Dunkin Donuts mobile app almost daily and a year ago everyday there was something missing from my order. It's rare now to have to alter my order.They currently are a test store for a breakfast empanada. In my opinion this is the best product that Dunkin Donuts has put out in a very long time. Easy to eat on the go, unlike the Taco. Has great flavor. The filling is the right amount and there is everything that's supposed to be in there. If Dunkin Donuts doesn't make these available as a regular menu item, I'll be very disappointed.“
