Calculated Confections is a lovely bakery with warm and friendly owners. Their Key Lime and Coconut Cream pies are delicious, with the Coconut Cream being described as exquisite. The Vanilla custard cake is just the right amount of sweet and frosting. They also excel in custom cakes, as they were able to replicate an inspiration photo for an engagement cake perfectly with great communication and no confusion. Highly recommended for all occasions!
