However, the building's layout and design have received criticism, with some customers finding the interior cold, the drive-thru winding and difficult to navigate, and the parking lot congested. The drive-thru line can be long, taking 20 minutes to get through. The younger staff, particularly the afternoon crew, have been described as giving attitude, laughing over the speaker, and guessing orders. Food is often cold or wrong. One employee provided awesome customer service, fixing an order and making the night better.
