“We dined at Snaps as a party of 7(1 child) the manager greeted us as we arrived and was very nice and attentive throughout our meal, our server Michael was great we waited for nothing as he was always by to check on us and was very educated on the menu and with recommendations....the food was amazing from the unbelievable truffle gnocchi appetizer to the array of burgers we shared each item was better than the last. The food here is far superior to anything I've had in RVC but also very approachable for anyone looking to eat out....thank you we will be back!!!!!“

“We go to Seasons 52 often. Food is pretty good. Love the flatbreads. Like the open kitchen. They used to have a piano player at the bar, which we miss. Service is always good and friendly. The only negative is it's sometimes hard to find parking in that giant lot as it's part of a mall and a movie theater. But, they do have valet.“

I liked the vibe so much that when a friend wanted to meet up for a nice glass of wine, that became our destination. Super friendly bartender Hailey, pointed us to the perfect glass tonight. “We've passed George White Restaurant so many times and finally stopped there to dine. What a great surprise. We both loved the decor; it reminded us of Saratoga NY. We were warmly greeted, and the service was outstanding. The cocktail was spot on, and the mussels were great with the warm bread. We devoured our Filet of Sole Francese and Rigatoni Bolognese. Very fairly priced as well, yes, we will return.“

“We have been dining here for 30 years and its still outstanding! They have great food at great prices and its always a delicious meal. We were here on Saturday Sept 21 with my brother and sister in law. We shared everything. The octopus, tuna sashimi pizza and roasted beet salad were really good! So were the shrimp tacos and our entrees. We had drinks at the bar before dinner and it was very comfortable and friendly. The bartender was quick and very competent. This place always has great food and service at very affordable prices. They also did a wonderful job for our daughters bridal shower when we took over the restaurant on a weekend morning! They are always professional and warm and welcoming too!“

I wish I knew everyone's name because I would give them all a shout out. Our server, whom we have followed wherever she goes (that is probably one of the main reasons we frequent DOX now that I am thinking about it), Dana, is super! “A very busy place on Saturday evening. Our reservation was honored and our table was waiting for us. They have an extensive menu with a large variety of large portion meals. We brought leftovers home. And we had no room for dessert after appetizers were shared before the main plates. The pork chop was large! A little light on vegetarian dishes. Liz is the best and was t there when I was there but these young kids bartenders needs to pay attention the older customers who will tip better if they are given better service . The waitress assigned to our table took a long time to bring us a dessert menu, and after we asked another server, he told us they only had one option for dessert - couldn't our waitress have told us that, instead of telling us that she would get a dessert menu - that didn't even exist!? Then there was an even longer span of time getting our check to us. Perhaps these servers are tasked with more than they can handle, but when people dine out, there is an expectation of good, courteous, prompt service. I do not blame the wait staff, as they are just young people trying to earn some extra cash. The fault is with leadership being short sighted with the insufficient staff numbers, especially on a busy night. Come out - talk to the patrons, explain the wait, offer a discount if needed... Anything to prevent a negative review! Food was great - no issues there, but the taste did not erase the feeling about the poor service. I would come back, but please do better.“
