“I enjoyed the very hearty flavor of the dry rub of this jerk chicken. A splash of lightly sweet jerk sauce might've been nice, but I'd forgotten to ask. It was a little too hearty to pair w/ mac & cheese, but I regret nothing. Fifteen bucks for two (or more) meals!“

“Great food, great service. Love that they cook the meats right outside in the grill... We ordered curry chicken, since they had run out of jerk chicken, jerk goat with beans and rice. The Jamaican patty was delish, and for some sweets the plantains thinking 6 yum.“

“Pleasantly surprised!! There are so many Jamaican restaurants to choose from in Poughkeepsie that serve the same menu & never have what you want to order etc. I was so happy when I got my meal bc it was freshly cooked right out of the pan. The portion was enough for 2 people and to top it off they have home made ice cream 🤤 The owner Simone introduced herself & was so polite & courteous. She went out of her way to make sure that my order was exactly how I wanted. Wish I could give it 10 🌟. YES SIMONE!! KEEP DOING YOUR THING 🙌🏽 💪🏽“

“Oh what a lovely experience! There are little gifts for the Who-fandom scattered throughout the space, which is so welcoming and airy. I spent ages just looking around and fangirling! The person who took our orders was so sweet and so knowledgeable and we loved everything we ordered. They have vegan, vegetarian and GF options so it’s really inclusive. The teas are delicious - we had the Jammy Dodger and it was just perfection. Such a special experience! I can’t wait to go back!“

“Great experience here. I’ve been looking for some authentic Jamaican food for the past year and I’ve finally found it here in Royal Blends. This is not a dine in, it is takeout which is fine because that’s what I wanted. This is definitely authentic Jamaican food, it’s delicious and flavorful… the staff is really friendly, and the baked treats will have you coming back for more! I’ve tried the pineapple upside down cake so far and it was baked to perfection. It was sweet but not too sweet. It was nice and succulent , which is a must, no one wants a dry cake right? In summary, I’m now a regular customer here and will continue to be. I highly recommend. Thank you to the team at Royal Blends!“

“Best Jamaican place in Newburgh. I specifically love their veggie patties but they run out of them pretty quick. Anything you get here is delicious! And they also have plenty of sodas, chips, bread, sweets and other products.

“This is my go-to for lunch. My first option. They are closed on Sunday and Monday. They have all of your traditional Jamaican dishes, and all of them are very tasty. I'm biased because I love their fried ckicken! It has just the right amount of spice and a little kick of pepper. Mama Sylvia and her daughter and staff are very friendly. You can eat in or grab a to go order. Either way, you'll be satisfied 😌 💯 👌 😉“

“I am very happy to have found this restaurant. Coworker and I order from here frequently. We have had curry chicken, curry, goat, jerk, chicken, and the oxtails. Not a single dish has ever disappointed. I always look forward to coming back and highly recommend Trying this restaurant out.“
