“Had a wonderful dinner here this summer, for the second year in a row. The backyard and even the side outdoor tables are in a beautiful setting, and the inside is very pretty as well. The food is great and the staff is accommodating and warm. Look forward to going back next summer.“

“went with 2 other people, and one of the burgers was undercooked (she asked for no pink and there was a lot of pink). the cheese part of the mac and cheese was pasty, like it was a bechamel sauce with extra flour on instead of a mornay sauce, aka they did the flour butter and milk but added no actual cheese to it. the fries were tasty and the burgers were well seasoned. i wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again.“

“Ate there with my entire family. Started with fresh avocado dip and chips, then had 6 dinners on the menu all different. Everyone DELICIOUS !!. Atmosphere was busy but not real noisy We could eat and chat without shouting. The wait staff was attentive but not hovering. They would look from a distance and see if we needed anything. A great taste I had the steak and it was fabulous. Easy to get to and we all had a great time !!“

“Dopo has become our favorite restaurant in the Hamptons. Vlad, the host, welcomes us with warmth and recognition and does his best to seat us at a nice table. He makes everyone feel special. The wait staff is warm and makes sure to check in regularly but discreetly. The food is delicious. We love the bread, chopped salad, whole branzino, mac n cheese and much more. The fellow diners are often fun to chat with and watch as well. No matter how often we go, and sometimes it's weekly, our evenings at Dopo always feel special.“

““You know the food is good when no one is talking”. Pretty much all that needed to be said as my friends and I recovered after missing breakfast.

I got the burger with the fries+Cole slaw. The burger was great fairly juicy with a special shipped sauce which had a good tang to it whereas the veggies were fresh and well seasoned. The fries were pretty straightforward but thinly cut and salted. I liked the coleslaw but I added it on top of my fries to add additional life to them. Again the fries were good not great.

Server was fairly attentive and the restaurant itself was nothing special in terms of the atmosphere/ aesthetic.

Ultimately it was a restaurant with a more fair pricing compared to other places to eat nearby while still maintaining the quality of the food albeit none of the preppy Hampton vibes.“

“As a longtime resident of Southampton and, a frequent guest of the Red Bar, I was intrigued to see if Enchanté could pull it off… They did! From the energetic atmosphere, the moment you walk into the establishment and are warmly greeted by the superb hospitality of the general manager, Corrado, who will pour you a glass of champagne while he meticulously fillets a Dover sole, everything about this place is a winner!! If you are up for it, order the Soufflé for dessert (but make sure you pre order as it does take a while to prepare)...Make sure Corrado introduces you to his wonderful daughter who servers you with her brilliant smile...Can't wait for the fall when the town calms down and we can go and have a nice quiet meal off season...Add it to your lists of "musts".. “Food is well made. Nothing was bad, but also nothing was exceptionally good. It’s a fine dinner experience, but I expected more at this price point. Service was slow and haphazard, but it was a holiday weekend and the restaurant was packed, so it might be better at a less crowded evening.“

“Had a spectacular meal. Came in last minute on a Saturday night. Lara, the hostess, was able to find us a spot at the bar. Gino served us a delicious meal (and drinks!) The must try items are the eggplant stack and spaghetti w/ meatballs. Save room for dessert!“
