“If you like dark and cozy, this is the place. I absolutely LOVE the ambiance here. First-time patrons, and we will be back. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was perfect. NOTE: This turns from a restaurant to a full-fledged bar with a DJ around 9pm. They remove the tables as the place fills up with bar goers. But dont let that fool you. Come early for an awesome dinner and a dark yet welcoming, very cozy environment. Could be perfect for DATE NIGHT dinner and then drinks. Try the Fish Fry, Calamari, but skip the Mac and cheese with buffalo chicken. Overall, we LOVE this place.”

Meanwhile, everything coming out of the kitchen looked so jaw-droppingly delicious it made me question every life choice that led me to not ordering that, that, and definitely that. Even the ordering app was a delight. A simple QR scan and—voilà!—this sixty-something woman was tapping, selecting, and paying with the grace of a digital native. No confusion. No panic. No accidentally ordering seventeen sides of fries. (Though honestly, that might not have been the worst fate.) Kudos to the staff and management—this place runs like a well–garlic-oiled machine: smooth, flavorful, and leaving you wanting more. Five stars, a happy belly, and a newfound confidence in QR codes. “the watertown location is my girlfriend and i’s favorite spot for coffee and brunch! the brunch burger is insanely good. the past two times we’ve been we’ve gotten that and whatever pastry is speaking to us that day because they’re all always incredible. i feel bad that i had a bad first impression with the coffee here. i got a regular drip coffee my first visit in and wasn’t impressed at all, but i really think it was a fluke because every other drink i’ve had has been off the charts! always a great atmosphere, timely service, and reasonable prices for the high quality.”

“If you want authentic boba drinks, this is the place to go! I'm a big boba drinker since 7 years old! Being born and raised in Cali, I had my fair share of boba drinks. Moving to fort drum due to military life and for some odd reason I decided to stay, there were really no good boba drinks. Ju Ju and the boba store in Syracuse mall were my go-tos for quite a while, but O-OH is absolutely the best! They meet my tasting standards I had from the west side! Also they are the most caring and sweetest people! O-OH customer service is always excellent and they really value their customers! They greet everyone with a friendly smile on their face! Even when I come in upset or angry, they always change my mood and I go back to being happy! The store is literally a happy atmosphere!”

“I was a little disappointed with last night's visit (2/3/24), which is truly a first. We arrived shortly after 5:00 pm. When my wife ordered the steak sandwich she was informed that they were out of that, so she changed her order to the Reuben. I then ordered the roast pork. Five minutes later our server returned and informed me that they were out of the roast pork as well. A restaurant shouldn't be out of 2 menu items at 5:15 pm - that's a problem. That said, the food we received was delicious and our server was excellent. I've never had a bad meal or poor service here and probably never will - I will definitely be back and I can still recommend the Crystal without reservation.”

“My elderly uncle, his daughter, his lady friend, and I came here for a family meal, and overall it was a good meal with good service. I ordered the manicotti, with a house salad and garlic rolls, which was tasty but offered two meatballs or Italian sausages (I opted for the meatballs which were ok), and it could have used some Mozzarella or Provolone baked to cheesy perfection to finish it off right), and I did not receive any additional rolls although 4 were brought out while we waited for our drinks, of which we all ate one each. My uncle had the ziti with Italian sausages, which he enjoyed with another serving to take home. His daughter had the small (10”) pepperoni deluxe pizza, which looked and tasted good (but she/we admittedly are Art’s Jug fans!). My uncle’s lady friend had the sausage sub with loads of peppers and onions which she enjoyed. Again the food was overall good, the atmosphere is lively with families, friends, and couples, and the service was pleasant and good for a local restaurant with a long history in the community.”

“Food was delicious but they need to send people home when they are sick some guy that was working there was begging to leave cause he didn’t feel good they wouldn’t let him leave until the shift was over. He went to the bathroom multiple times vomiting his brains out. So my first experience at this place I had to hear puking sounds while I was eating it was very disturbing.”

“Local pizzeria in Watertown, NY. We order the Specialty Pizza, Sweety Pizza 16” and it was amazingly delicious. Good size for two hungry people. We had two appetizers, the bacon cheese fries and the garlic knots, we both obsessed over the garlic knots, they were in a pool of oil and herbs which gave it a really good kick and the marinara was great. The only thing it was a little disappointing was the fries because we thought it was with nacho cheese sauce but instead it’s made with shredded cheese, but still good in flavor, there was so much bacon which we loved cuz usually places put like one string of bacon. We’ll absolutely recommend this place to everyone we know in Fort Drum.”

The waitress was eating in between coming to our table and was constantly wiping her hands off or chewing food. The food was okay, but not spectacular. The fries were kind of soggy.

We had a decent time, but it just wasn't a memorable experience.”
