“If cocktail magic had a home address, it would be The Craft 836, where the bartender wasn’t just a drink-slinger—oh no—this professional mixology wizard seemed to craft beverages with the finesse of someone who may or may not have trained with celestial beings. Every glass that left the bar glowed with the promise of happiness, good decisions, and possibly better posture. And then… the Craft and Jamaican dry rub chicken wings. Scrumptious doesn’t even begin to describe them. These wings strutted onto the table like they knew they were the star of the show—juicy, spicy, and seasoned so perfectly you’d swear they had their own PR team. Meanwhile, everything coming out of the kitchen looked so jaw-droppingly delicious it made me question every life choice that led me to not ordering that, that, and definitely that. Even the ordering app was a delight. A simple QR scan and—voilà!—this sixty-something woman was tapping, selecting, and paying with the grace of a digital native. No confusion. No panic. No accidentally ordering seventeen sides of fries. (Though honestly, that might not have been the worst fate.) Kudos to the staff and management—this place runs like a well–garlic-oiled machine: smooth, flavorful, and leaving you wanting more. Five stars, a happy belly, and a newfound confidence in QR codes. “I was a little disappointed with last night's visit (2/3/24), which is truly a first. We arrived shortly after 5:00 pm. When my wife ordered the steak sandwich she was informed that they were out of that, so she changed her order to the Reuben. I then ordered the roast pork. Five minutes later our server returned and informed me that they were out of the roast pork as well. A restaurant shouldn't be out of 2 menu items at 5:15 pm - that's a problem. That said, the food we received was delicious and our server was excellent. I've never had a bad meal or poor service here and probably never will - I will definitely be back and I can still recommend the Crystal without reservation.“

“Had some gift cards that I had for a year. They were still good so I got dinners for my husband and me. I sat at the bar and let the person who worked there that I want to use them. Had a beer while I was looking over the menu. My husband was not with me so I was texting with him to find out what he wanted. Once and had decided my order was taken, and I just waited for my order. Everything was fine and then I left.“

My brother and I were traveling from Canada to Cooperstown. Stopped in Watertown on the way back. I like supporting small businesses, especially the ones that serve breakfast.

The waitress was great, always offering coffee.
Had a chat with a guy eating at the counter while we ate.
Cash only, so be prepared.

I'd recommend and return if I'm down that way again.“

“I am 76 now and have been going to Jeans beans since they opened as my parents would buy fish and bring home every Friday night. My parents would warn me about crewing slow as I would Always get one or two bones in every meal. I now take my family there but now notice we don’t seam to notice any bones like years ago. The fish is always good as well as the other food they sell. I wish they had a larger table area as the fish is alway better if you eat it there rather wait until you get home. In the summer it’s nice to eat there out side on the picknick tables. note: “you should check your donuts for fish bones”. Just kidding!“

“Friendly wait staff. Many food options. Had the Louisiana crab dip, mushroom swiss burger and the chicken fingers. All were very good. Large portion sizes at a good price. The Tully's IPA beer was really good. The pumpkin cheesecake was very good as well.

“Our server Tabitha W was lovely. She is very friendly and efficient. We waited less than 15 minutes for our delicious steaks. When taking our order she was careful to repeat our order ensuring that our steaks were done perfectly. She checked on our food several times, brought us boxes for our left overs, brought refills without being asked, and ensured that we had a good experience. We regularly visit this Longhorn Steakhouse from Canada because of the excellent service, wonderful atmosphere, and delious food.“

“It was kind of chilly in the dining room. They have a big industrial fan that was on, but it really wasn't necessary. The waitress was eating in between coming to our table and was constantly wiping her hands off or chewing food. The food was okay, but not spectacular. The fries were kind of soggy.

We had a decent time, but it just wasn't a memorable experience.“
