“The staff is friendly and the bagels are fresh.
If anyone wants to try a decent lunch sandwich, get their Herby Turkey the way it comes on either the recommended sesame or everything. And have them sub brisket for the Turkey.
The cold cut turkey doesn't allow the flavors to mix properly but the brisket on the sandwich taste like an Italian roast .
Parking: Plenty of parking on the side and in the rear
Wheelchair accessibility: They only have a fee dining tables, so the place is wide open“

“These are the best bagels in Rochester, no questions asked! We have been coming to Bagel Land for more than 30 years and time after time they continue to turn out high quality fairly priced bagels. Some of our favorites are the Firesalt, Jalapeño, Salt and Sesame. We know the job market is tough for service oriented shops and we wanted to take a second to shout out to Maudie and Lucy for their great service and attention to details. Joe is the owner and is almost always on site; we love seeing him there and feel great about supporting a local business that also gives back to the community.“

“My bag ripped, dropping the fresh bagels. I explained what had happened to the mgr. She and the other female staff bent over backwards to help me! The girls were amazing awesome. So sincerely apologetic, stopped and both helped me and got me going. Such amazing people in there. It Christmas Eve and they're slammed. Didn't matter. Got the same great service.“

“Joe is probably one of the sweetest employees I have ever met! He’s always kind and courteous. Fast and efficient and always super helpful! He even paid for my order one day when my account was low. He didn’t have to do that but he sees me almost every morning on my way to work for just an bagel and orange juice. Thank you Joe for always going out of your way when you didn’t have too!“
