Placed a mobile order today and after arriving and waiting for over 30 minutes inside with 6 other customers who all were waiting for mobile orders your staff continued to make us wait and took walk in customer orders who then received their food while we were all waiting! Very rude staff who blamed “short staffing” on the problem with our PAID orders not getting made. 7 people making food and 3 on the registers is not short staffing.
