“We chose Windows on the Bay, because it was highly rated and on the water. We were celebrating our 50th Anniversary with our son and his wife. We were able to sit on the deck, look out at the water and the boaters, and enjoyed a fantastic meal with great service. We did not need a reservation. Because other restaurants where we planned to eat on Sunday night were closed, we ate at Windows again and had the same enjoyable meal and service. Both waitresses were very efficient and personable. The food was great. As we are from Long Island, NY, we were used to paying a lot more for that kind of great meal.“

“Spacious dining area, with a fantastic selection of NY craft beverages in addition to their lineup of spirits. a diverse food menu, I ordered the chicken wings on my visit. While pricey, they were quite the jumbo sized and cooked very well. A friendly & knowledgeable staff round out what is a must stop for anyone exploring the 1000 Islands region.“

The wings were cooked perfectly—crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and the sauce had a great kick without being overwhelming. Service was quick and friendly, and everything came out hot and fresh. “We stopped by for the first time today while celebrating our daughter’s birthday. Three of us each getting a different meal option, it was all absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Perfectly cooked and seasoned! Also? When you are done dont forget to fully indulge and order dessert (to go of course, you will NOT have room for it after your meal!!). We did so, and when we got home and opened the containers OH MY! Not only were our dessert choice HUGE but we snuck a little bite of each just to try. ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! Side note, our daughter got the Burbon Caramel Fried Dough Fingers to go and they packaged each element of it seperate in order to sustain the integrity of the end product. Nice touch for sure, kudos!!! You will most definitely be seeing us again.“

“😊I have eaten here many times, especially summer and deep into fall. We bring family. We bring friends from out of state. We find the menu consistently creative, lots of choices, many things to like. Hard to pick a favorite, but like fish tacos and paninis, plus apps. Some of the desserts can be just awesome. I'll be there again at least several times this summer. Always find the people nice and welcoming. I have had lunch (mostly) and dinner, and even met for business of a non-profit there. It is a favorite place on the river.“
