I had a mixed experience at Windows on the Bay. The biggest highlight is definitely the view, it's absolutely stunning. .
We had a bit of a delay when they couldn't find our dinner reservation on their list but the staff ended up handling it well and found us a great outdoor table. The service throughout the evening was friendly and pleasant, although it was very slow. Since it was a busy holiday, we understood and were happy to be patient.

We chose Windows on the Bay, because it was highly rated and on the water. We were celebrating our 50th Anniversary with our son and his wife. We were able to sit on the deck, look out at the water and the boaters, and enjoyed a fantastic meal with great service. We did not need a reservation. Because other restaurants where we planned to eat on Sunday night were closed, we ate at Windows again and had the same enjoyable meal and service.
