“This was one of the places my friend who moved to LA had to come back to during her visit.

They have the best rice cake and sausage (소떡소떡) I’ve had from a chicken shop. The rice cake is the perfect level of crispiness. The sausage is a normal Frankfurt sausage instead of the Korean ones but it’s still okay because their sauce is perfect. Even before eating the chicken, I can tell this is going to be amazing. They have great combo deals which are great for groups and they also give free Cajun fries (which are also good and fresh) a review! Definitely worth trying.“

“Ordered through UberEats which was quick. The food was packaged nicely and arrived hot and fresh.
I had the Oreo Waffles with saucy tenders. While they overdid it with the Oreos which made the waffle very sweet, the waffle itself was tasty. The tenders were great, they put adequate amount of sauce and the chicken was tender.
Co-worker had wings and fries which he gave rave review for.

Overall, a great addition to our rotation of take out restaurants. I would recommend this spot.“

“AWESOME KOREAN RESTAURANT IN LONG ISLAND: I’m not a foodie and I don’t think I’ve ever posted about restaurants (but I am Korean) - I have to make an exception for this place. Yes, this restaurant is on Long Island, but the Korean food EXCELLENT (better than lots of places in Flushing) and service is OUTSTANDING. Every dish we’ve tried so far (짜장면, 순두부찌개, 육개장, 제육덮밥) has been so amazing, delicious, and authentic (especially the spices!!!). If you’re ever in the area, please stop in and eat here. It’s crazy awesome! Thanks to my friend for encouraging me to try at a Korean restaurant that is not in Queens. “Food is fire and the prices are very good. Only thing I have to say is I wish they can go back to the old recipe of the jalapeño mayo because it was so good. Chicken is always crispy and tender. All the sides are fire too u can’t go wrong with any of them.“

“We ordered assorted gyros, souvlaki, tacos and baklava. The staff was friendly and the service was wonderful. Over all decent and accommodating to the greek culture with a twist of spanish. Only thing I would change is to add oragano salt and pepper to the gyros and don't blend the tzatziki makes it a bit pasty in texture but flavor was 7/10. The baklava less refrigerated time and more syrup not leaving the tops so dry. Would visit again.“

“We went in for an early lunch around 11 am. We had been wanting to go to try some halal korean food for long. They do have halal certifications on their wall, but they also serve alcohol there. We asked the attendant, and he confirmed that they do serve alcohol but they make sure not to contaminate the rest. Its a full service restaurant.

We ordered:

1. Crazy nachos 6/10
2. Bulgogi over rice 9/10
3. Korean fried chicken drumsticks and thighs (sweet chili) 6/10
4. Crispy chicken burger 7/10
5. Strawberry lychee tea without boba

Crazy nachos were good, but i think for $20 its bit expensive as there were too many chips with not enough toppings.

We didn't want to go with super spicy, so we ordered spice level 2 sweet chili fried chicken. We think it's more on the sweeter side than chilies as being on level 2 there should have been a little tiny kick. We did request them to give us some mango habenero sauce on the side. He was kind enough to serve some. It tasted well and had that spice kick. Fried chicken was crispy, crunchy, and juicy.

Bulgogi over rice was our favorite. Beef was well cooked and well seasoned. It was missing the egg on top. We didnt realize until later.

Crispy chicken sandwich was nothing crazy but good. Fries tasted fresh.

Strawberry lychee tea was good. Loved the way they serve it. As we were one of 1st customers of the day, the attendant said he won't be able to add bobba as it takes some time to prepare it. Which worked for us as we are not a big fan of it anyway.

The attendant was friendly. The restaurant was clean. The Washroom was a bit old and not super tidy. He mentioned the wait time for food would be 20 to 25 minutes, but I think we got all a little earlier.

So overall, it was a good experience.“

New - Clean restaurant /not like the board of health violation the truck was.

“Ordered takeout from Don Chicken on Northern Blvd and went for the Spicy Soy Garlic Chicken and it did not disappoint. The pieces were pretty big, juicy inside, and had that trademark Korean fried chicken crunch: thin, shatter-crispy, never greasy. The soy garlic glaze was spot on savory, garlicky, with just enough kick to keep me reaching for another bite.

I also tried the Sweet & Spicy flavor not bad at all, just leaned sweeter than what I usually like.

What I really appreciate is how Korean fried chicken is different from the fried chicken most of us grew up with. Instead of a thick, heavy batter, it’s double-fried a method that actually came about in Korea in the 1960s and 70s when fried chicken started getting popular alongside beer (“chimaek,” short for chicken + maekju/beer, is now a whole culture). That double fry gives you the crunch without the grease, and the sauces like this soy garlic add layered flavor instead of just salt and breading.

For takeout, it traveled well too the chicken stayed crisp even by the time I got home, which tells you they’re doing it right. Generous portions, bold flavor, and that authentic K-fried crispness make the spicy soy garlic the clear winner for me.“

Their fries are outstanding - I asked for them extra crispy and each one had a nice crunch to it. Gyro sandwich was very good and fresh. The only improvement I’d suggest is that they actually ROLL it (like the picture on their menu) in paper foil so it’s easy to eat. Instead they fold it in half on a paper plate and wrap that in foil which requires some reconstruction.But I’ll definitely be back, great neighborhood spot for a quick bite!“

“Quaint little bar with great wing and drink specials on Wednesdays and has been a quintessential part of the Wantagh bar scene for about as long as I can remember and even before that. You can always count on friendly faces and cold drinks but definitely be prepared to bump some elbows when it gets busy because it gets tight! Plenty of parking both in the from and back of the bar.“

“Came in once last week and once yesterday, a bit later during the night. Since it was this late on a Sunday I didn’t expect the food to taste that fresh. Despite this, I still got my order tasting fresh and arriving quick (<5 mins) and could see workers diligently cleaning in the kitchen and a younger man wiping down all the tables, sweeping the floors and cleaning the bathroom. I had went inside the bathroom after he was done and it was spotless, something I would never expect to see from a fast food place. The manager was very nice and I could tell he’s trained his workers well. Will be coming agian.“
